I have been researching family for over 4 years and a new member of Find A Grave. Family line includes; Carpenter, Fairbank(s), Foss, Lane, Nelson, Oothoudt, and Wise. Faribault County of Minnesota is the main area of residence. With the help of newly found "cousins" Marla, Debi, Gail, Donna, Linda, and Elaine, I have been able to add much more information to my family tree and genealogy information.|

Hi! I was wanting to know if you were related to Ceasar Friedrich # 50522992
Martha McCaleb Friedrich #125235191
If you are not, then I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer the both of them to me.
If you are related, thank you for linking Martha to their father but could you also link Ceasar to their father: Ernst Emil Friedrich # 125235191 so I can complete his memorial?
I would appreciate it!

Hi Jill. I see that there is a listing for Mary's husband L.H Golding and I see the picture of the headstone. Could by chance Mary's name be on the other side of the headstone and there just hadn't been a page made for her yet? I know that Tom took the picture. I don't have a picture of their headstone from my visit there last Aug, as I didn't have enough time to take pictures of all the headstones. I am going to make a page for Mary anyways. Just wondered if anyone could confirm that her name is on the Golding headstone?

Jill thanks so much for being patient with me with all the transfers from Oak Hill Cemetery. When your related to 3/4 of those buried in one Cemetery, it can add up.. Lol... I was so happy when I found this cemetery on find a grave a few years ago and was so thankful to those of you who took the time to walk the cemetery and record everything.

Today marked the end of a long family mystery for me, too.
Finally found someone I'd been looking for for years and years. It's a nice feeling.

Jill, Are you related to the Foss family? I am doing some research on my Foss lines which include: Jane Rebecca Foss Kern -> Civil War Vet John Foss -> Captain Phineas Foss and his wife Rebecca Stinchfield Foss -> Patriot Levi Foss -> Johann Foss (of Norway via English ship)
My Uncle recently died and we found letters from my aunt in Eureka CA with information about the Nathaniel - JB/Melvin - Blanche branch of the tree.
I am trying to find a connection to our line.

Words cannot express how very thankful I am for the pictures you took. It is truly such a great gift you have given. Bless your heart.
A little background on the Nellie-she died not too long after her daughter,Lydia. She left behind 4 young children who were all adopted out when their mother died. The youngest was a boy who was adopted by my great Aunt and Uncle(Nellie's husband, Dan's, sister). There is one sister still living and she is 92 years old. She will love these pictures.
Lydia died at age eight when a school boy kicked her in the stomach and she died of internal injuries.
God bless you!
