My name is Randy and I love working on my ancestry trees. I have been doing this for 10 years now. I have a wife and three daughters that I am doing this for so they can see how our families lived in the past.|

|Lisa Wernhoff||Request for photo of Susanna Gove Worth|
Hi Randy - I've tried to find her burial but with no luck. I can't even find anyone with the last name of Worth in the cemetery.
This cemetery has an interesting history. An entire cemetery had to be relocated in the 1930s because a flood control dam was being built. From the date of Susanna's burial, I'm guessing she was one of the ones that was moved to this location. In the section of the cemetery with the oldest headstones, there are a number of markers with no names. They are just small stones in a line marking the fact that someone is buried there. I'm guessing she might be one of those.
If you want to know more about the cemetery, the Vermont Historical Society has quite a lot of info. Here's a link to the collection description. http://vermonthistory.org/documents/findaid/NorthBranchCem.pdf

Actually, she is the only name on the obelisk. There obviously is room in this large plot for others but there were no other stones.
I have recently connected with a native of Seabrook who has been doing a lot of research and yesterday he went with me to take these pictures (I fulfilled 4 photo requests at that cemetery). He said the historical society has a plot layout of the cemetery, so when I get some time I'll be off to get a look at that. Unfortunately I work 9 to 3 five days a week, so don't look for success in the next week or two.
Keep your fingers crossed,
|Connie G||Samuel Gove Deerfield, NH|
I have fulfilled your photo request for Rachael Gove in Deerfield, NH, and I have a photo that I believe is her husband Samuel Gove, but it is nearly illegible. The only letter that can be seen through the lichen/moss is a 'G' and the headstone stands near Rachael's.
I will try to go back soon for a closer look, hopefully in the coming week. Meanwhile, I have added a memorial for Delia Gove, who was buried nearby. I would assume she was also part of their family. If you would like, I can transfer her to you. Just let me know.

You're very welcome, Randall! It was my pleasure.
|Bill DeFlorio||RE: Goves|
You're welcome Randall. It was a very old and interesting cemetery and we enjoyed looking at all the stones (those that could be read anyway). Fortunately the Gove Family was pretty well intact with the exception of Nathaniel and Elizabeth.
