|Mark Smith||Alexander Rudman|
Hi Tammy. I recently sent an edit on Alexander Rudman, Find A Grave Memorial# 63062764. I'm not sure if I made a mistake or not, but it is sowing that Theresia Rudman-Haas is his mother. Theresia is actually his sister and Katharina Hummel-Rudman is his mother. I have sent a new edit and wanted you to know the basis for it. Theresia is my Great Grandmother through her daughter Clara Haas-Hammond.

I have made Memorials for Asa Shaw, Emily Shaw Reed & Asa Reed, so they are now added.

Hi Tammie, I saw your beautiful page for my 5 GGF Anthony Shaw IV, his son, my 4 GGF Asa Shaw doesn't seem to be listed. Asa , (5/28/1789) Stephentown, NY (d) 1827 in Ripley, Brown County, Ohio. He had a daughter, Emily (Shaw) Reed, my 3rd, GGM (1817-1864) Ripley, her son, my 2nd GGF Asa Acey Reed (1837-1915) Ripley, Ohio, then my grand father, father & me. Any ideas would be appreciated,
|Diane Green||John Shaw, son of Anthony|
I am seeking any information on John Shaw, 1779 -1813, buried in Shaw #1 cemetery, Stephentown.
Are there any burial or death records kept by anyone that might give survivors, (spouse, children)? Thanks for all your work.

Mahala Pindell Rhoten Shaw is my fourth cousin 3-times removed. I could try to fill in some of the blanks on her, if you'd like.

I am helping to redo the obits in Brown County. We have a lot of abstracts that need redone so this is what I found. Her parents were Micheal & Jennie Pendell. She first married Houston Rhoten in 1848 when he died around 1893 she married Anderson Shaw of Iowa. Just thought I would help.

I see you left an angel for Chester who was a school friend of my father's back in 1936.

Tammie, I am 100% sure that your memorial for Nancy Ferguson is a duplicate of Find A Grave Memorial# 58857012, but YOURS IS CORRECT. Check out the other one--it has correct information but is in the wrong cemetery, maybe because Nancy's husband is buried in Mt Pisgah cemetery, and it was of course assumed that she was buried there, too. I have seen Nancy's tombstone since I was a child many years ago, and I am sure it says age 94 years, not 24 years. They're the same person, all right.

|Melissa O'Connor||Shaw family|
I've just stumbled across your Shaw family information. I'm looking for Levi R. Shaw (my great, great, great grandfather). He was born in NY and died in Washington County, MD June 1876. I believe he was born circa 1810. One researcher has linked him to John Barber Shaw and Antje Miller Depuy. I found your John Remington Shaw and wondered whether there is a connection. My Levi named his son Charles Revington - which leads me to believe there could be a connection. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!! I've been trying to find this line for many years as my maiden name is Shaw. Thank you!
