Thank you for the edit. I see that James & Mary were his grandparents. He has two death certificates. On one it states that his father was 'Oakley'. Apparently his mother was unmarried.

Thanks for letting me know. I will send both memorials to edit and they will merge them.

Yes, I am the oldest. Thank you; she lived a long and productive life and passed away peacefully.

Thank you for the obit! I posted it

Ha ha, Definitely not worried about that. Just let me say I don't like to invade living people's privacy and when you list their names on web sites without their permission, I feel like that is exactly what you are doing and I choose not to do so. Maybe that is the way I should have explained it to you before without bringing Find A Grave's rules into it.
Thank you for the obituary, but I do not list the living surviors on my memorials that I create. If you read the rules on Find A Grave it states: "Please do not include the names of living or surviving relatives in the biography, unless you have their permission." it also states: "Please do NOT add photographs from obituary notices (unless you, personally took the photo), as they are protected by copyright law."

It seems that the Cemetery is now called Locust Grove. I entered it Pack, Willard, Bowman Cemetery from O E Pilson's book cemetery 732.
At the time there were only 7 graves. Therefor all 7 are duplicated. I suppose the best thing to do is delete the 7 graves. For now I just posted a notice on my Cemetery entry.
Do you agree.

thanks for sending that obit...I don't actually remember how I got the info that this lady was buried but will guess it came from info I found in an online database for the cemetery which is how I added the others at Ararat Cemetery. I have family buried there and when adding/updating their memorials from the database I added memorials for ones that weren't already listed. I should of made sure that there were dates before adding hers...I always feel bad when I find that I've added a memorial for someone who hasn't yet left us! I will say with this cemetery having so many very old burials with sketchy info on a lot of them I assumed she had possibly died long ago and nothing recorded. Once again, thanks for the update and I added it to her memorial :)

May I have permission to use your photo of Carol in my private family tree? She is a distant relative, but a relative none the less, and I do like having a beautiful photo to add to the name. Thank you for your consideration.
