You took three pictures really trying to help read the stone. It is really hard to read. Either way thank you for doing such a nice job with the pictures!
I see the name is at the top of the stone. I see where it could be Earl, but I wonder if it could be Carl?

|InMemory||RE: Earl Ferguson|
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. My computer was out for several months so it is taking me awhile to catch up. It is very hard to read the headstone picture for Earl Ferguson including the dates. I don't see a name on the headstone. I'm not finding a death record for Earl Ferguson, but then I don't have a subscription service. The only child I can find is Carl W Ferguson which is very close to the dates that we might be seeing on the headstone. Are there any cemetery or church records you have access to? This is not my family. I am just trying to link/ connect loved ones, especially children.
Note that Arthur and Matilda are buried at Greenwood Cemetery Hallock, Kittson, Minnesota. This is the same cemetery as the stone for Earl Ferguson. Is Earl right next to them?
I cannot find a Find A Grave memorial for a Carl W Ferguson.

So glad you are taking an interest in these 2. This little remnant of a cemetery made me sad when I documented it. I wish I could find a fuller listing of who is there and I wish more markers had survived. But, as they say, if wishes were horses, beggars could ride.

Is the entire Joe River Cem listed? I was gonna finish it off last fall but everytime we hauled beets up there it started raining.

Apologies for the mix up - I was working from two lists when I was at the cemetery the other night and got them confused. Thanks for re-posting the request. Issac (1956) is now back in the queue.
Since I did not add the picture, I can not remove it. Did you contact the contributor that added it? I am more than happy to send them a message, I just didn't want to send them one if you had already done so.
