Hi folks! I'm a Yorkshireman born and bred, from Heeley near Sheffield. After working as a draughtsman for five years I left home in 1984 to pursue my dream of travelling through Europe by bicycle. After two years of travelling I got a job in Salzburg, Austria where I met my American wife in 1988. We moved to the USA in 1989, first living in Los Angeles, then Massachusetts, now Maryland. We have a young daughter.
