Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am originally from Hartsville, Darlington, Florence area of South Carolina. I am related to the Watkins, Williams, Browns, Kelleys , Kellys, McDonalds, and many many more. This is a great site for building family history to pass on to our children and grand children. God Bless and have a glorious day!

Revelation 21:4
King James Version (KJV)

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

P.S. Please take a moment to visit the memorial for Morgan Thompson . We went to High School together. Morgan had been living in the Boy's Home for a number of years. He haid been talking for a couple of years about joining the Army as soon as he was old enough so he could get out of the Boy's Home. He joined the Army and came by school to show us his uniform. He had a smile from ear to ear! I will never forget how proud he looked in his dress uniform. He had just completed basic training and was on his way to Vietnam. A few short months later we got word that Morgan had been killed in combat. God bless you Morgan. You made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Freedom is not free. Through the sacrifices of many thousands of men and women like Morgan we have freedom. He was only 18! Cherish this freedom and never let it be taken away.

Thank you for your quick response in linking Gregory to his mother. Hopefully, the person managing his mother's memorial will act just as quickly in correcting the spelling of her first name.

Find A Grave Correction: Clemmie Harmon
Johnny, Thank you for bring to my attention the incorrect date of death for Clemmie Harmon. She was a family member and of course I would want the correct information. I've seen your entries from Evergreen Cemetery, Jax, Fla. My husband has a number of ancestors there. Thank you for your additions to Find A Grave. S. P. M.

Fannie Calascione headstone
Hello Johnny,

Thank you for the headstone photo. Her obit states she passed at the age of 90.

They are the same person. Take a look at my memorial (Find A Grave Memorial# 133533011)

I found her U.S. Naturalization Records Indexes, 1794-1995 her name is spelled about the same way.

Name: Fanny Calascione
[Filippa Calascione]

RE: Norman Gillis
Hello Johnny, Thank you for giving me the care of Norman's Find A Grave Memorial. Yes I am related to the Gillis' buried in Evergreen.
I haven't been very active on Find A Grave lately. There are some new people in my neighborhood who grab photo request before they are hours old for my area. So I slacked off. I still love the work. And am committed to continuing to work on this great work of finding graves and posting them on Find A Grave. We had a police officer killed a few weeks back and there were three Find A Grave Memorials for him before his funeral was over. Hope things are well with you. You have your work cut out for you trying to record the many graves in Evergreen Cemetery. I heard recently that Juke Davis' step brother Keith Chauncey retired and he and Juke's Mother are still living in Homerville, Ga. They are all well as far as I know.

Wrong photo
Hi There has been a glitch somewhere & one of your photos for Mr & Mrs N Ellis is now on the page of June Irene Lucan in Woronora Cemetery & Crematorium - Sydney Australia. You may like to check & delete .

Many Thanks - Geoff

Let me change to see if she died or not as she would be very old.

The guidelines do say that " no memorials for the living from 1931-present" Her DOB was 6 September 1920.

That obit is strange on her husband's memorial. I don't title an obit like that and do remove the living name. I wonder if someone got edit to add it going around me.
