I have been researching family for over 4 years and a new member of Find A Grave. Family line includes; Carpenter, Fairbank(s), Foss, Lane, Nelson, Oothoudt, and Wise. Faribault County of Minnesota is the main area of residence. With the help of newly found "cousins" Marla, Debi, Gail, Donna, Linda, and Elaine, I have been able to add much more information to my family tree and genealogy information.|

In response to your e-mail re: Theobold Kern: I did some checking on Ancestry and I believe you are correct that the Find A Grave photo is for Theobold Kern Jr. instead of Theobold Kern Sr.
According to a document I found, the "Civil War" Theobold Kern is 26 years old on May 31, '64. Another record shows his mother, Catharine Kern, applying for a Civil War Pension.
I will delete the photos on the memorial site on Find A Grave.
Do you know anything about the family? I could create and add the photos to another memorial for Theobold Jr. We know he is buried at this cemetery. But I would have no birth & death dates. If you are interested in the documents I found, I would be happy to share.
Thank you for alerting me of the error.
|Alfred Girl||Susan Barbee Owens memorial|
Thanks for creating such a nice memorial for Susan (my gr-gr-gr-grandmother). I have recently discovered her husband William T. Oens grave in Richland County, Wisconsin, and added it as a suggested edit. The memorial was mistakenly listed as another William Owens, but someone recently put in a photo (angel!) and it's clearly William T. The memorial is being updated.
Here are the Find A Grave ID numbers for the rest of Susan's children. Since you have my gr-gr-grandfather, William White and Martha, I thought you might like to link the rest:
Son, Columbus Preston 45797081
Son, Robert Thomas 28058944
Son, Sherman 28058949

Hi Jill, Thank you so much for all your help from "Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery". Easton, MN.
For the info on the above: Margaret K. "Gretta" Ascheman. Per her birth register, she was born on Dec 15, 1891, (not 1881). She was only a few years old when she died. I realize how hard it is to read the older monuments. Her Find A Grave Memorial # 35972402. Greatly appreciate what you are doing to help all others.

Thanks for dealing with all of the suggestions I have had for the Nichols families in your neck of the woods.
