Hi Joyce Anne, I was looking at the memorial page of my 4th great-grandfather Beverly Bradley (his son Thomas is my 3rd great-grandfather), and I saw there is a photo posted on it. Then I noticed that the caption says it is his son Richard. If it isn't actually Beverly's photo, would you mind removing it, so people don't mistakenly think it is? Thank you, Karen
|Gary Ellis||Martin Willis Carriker|
There is a problem with Martin Willis Carriker in the Find A Grave records for Pleasant Grove Baptist Cemetery. Martin is listed twice for the North part of the cemetery and once in the south. His wife Barthana Gowan Carriker who is buried with him is listed in the north. The same headstone pictures are shown in all four records. It would be nice to have just one Martin Willis Carriker. My take is that the bio information from the south listing should be moved to the north listing and then the south listing could be removed. Then the north listing for Martin W. Carriker can also be removed as it is a duplicate of the Martin Willis Carriker listing. Martin has two headstones sitting side by side. One headstone just has his name and the second one has him and his wife.

I believe the photo you posted on his memorial is actually the photo of my great-great-grandfather Richard Bradley. Another Bradley cousin shared a copy of the same photo with me and she identified him as Richard Bradley, not Beverly Bradley. Beverly died before photography had become commonplace in America.

Regarding Ellet Whisenand in Union Chapel Cemetery in Macon County, Mo., do you have any information on the parents. I have the headstone photo I took but don't know who to connect to for the parents, suspect them to be someone who are also buried there.
Hi Joyce anne, I was wondering if you are related to our Hornbuckle family. I see that you posted for Henry K.1653-1707, Richard 1697-1747, and William 1719-1775. You also have posted verbage albeit, almost verbatum from our family history book. I would like to be able to link these generations together on findagrave. Also would like to make some minor corrections and a few additions.
Roger K. Hornbuckle
|Roger Hornbuckle||William Lucullus Hornbuckle|
My name is Roger K Hornbuckle. I believe the date you have for W L Hornbuckle are for William Hornbuckle. Wm Lucullus Hornbuckle was his son. Our family history indicates thet there was not a sr. and a jr. I you have info otherwise, I would love to have it.
Thanks Roger Hornbuckle
GGGG Grandson of Wm. Lucullus Hornbuckle

I noticed that you are maintaining this memorial now. Edward is attached to the wrong parents. It shows him and his mother about the same age. You can check the death certificate or the obits on the Linn County, Missouri website for the correct information. Thank you.
