|Linda Rhoadarmer||Masonic Cemetery vs City Cemetery|
I googled "Masonic Cemetery, Seward, Alaska burial records". These following sublets came up: 1. Masonic Cemetery, USGen Web Archives. 2. Alaska-Comcast 3. Seward City Cemetery, USGen Web Archives. These show where folks are buried.
I checked a couple of years ago regarding the two cemeteries. That is how I came up with the plot numbers for the individual headstone photos. Linda
You just reminded me of this mess in the two cemeteries. I caught that a few years back and the other gentman said he was not going back to Alaska. The two cemeteries are side by side. He went into the City Cemetery from the parking lot and wandered over into the other cemetery. I went in through the arch and into the other cemetery and never did get into the area over by the sign of City Cemetery. He said he never saw the other sign. He was under the assumption there was only one cemetery. He is not changing his. So I guess until someone who has family there and visits, nothing will happen. I think if one really wants to know, someone could call the cemetery or the city to find out where at least one of those buried there is really in which cemetery. Have any ideas?

Sorry I have not been able to follow up to see if the office has information on parents. Generally they only have an index card for each plot.
I have no relationship with the Bryant family; I've just been slowly trying to document the cemetery since talking to the office a couple years ago, but live 30 miles away.

Dear Jeff, you are truly welcome!
|Jackie & Ralph||update on memorial|
I'm sorry for not updating the Bryant memorial immediately. We had a very severe storm Monday night (the night I received the sac) and we lost our electricity until late last night (Tuesday). Of course, the internet was almost impossible to connect to, after the lights came back on. I finally gave up at midnight last night. Tonight everything is back online and I was able to update the memorial.
Sorry for the delay.

I have added a note to the memorial with the info you provided. Should you verify the location, I can update it then. Thanks for sharing.

You are very welcome - I happened to stop to visit my great-great grandparents' graves in Lake View. The Bird headstones were right next to them, so I snapped a photo with the new app. Just happened to be a photo request. It's such an amazing cemetery, and it was particularly beautiful yesterday. *Janice

|Tina||Currence Beebe Nichols|
Your email address did not work for me: email came back as undelivered.
I saw your edit request for Currence Beebe, memorial #100,486,659. Your request was Middle Name: Benedict, Maiden Name: Gregg Beebe. Last Name: Nichols. I have made a Last Name change: Beebe Nichols. All of Currence's children were with her first husband Samuel Beebe. I believe Beebe should be the name that comes up on a search; Currence and William Nichols do not have any descendants. What is your source for the middle name of Benedict?
