Bio and Links
Bio Photo I love cemeteries! I walk my area cemeteries frequently.
If you see a name I have added, chances are I have a photo to go with the name. Use the "Request A Photo" link.
If you find a photo already loaded that is not the right angle, bad lighting, too close or far, blurry, or with a watermark typed over the front, please ask & I will try to upload a better photo that you may use freely. I have had MANY requests recently for second photos because of watermarks & always give my permission to use them when asked. Just give proper credit to me as the photographer. FindAGrave is a volunteer site, and photos should be shared!

My memorials are from my own personal family research, but most are from actually walking & photographing many cemeteries in several counties. I have NEVER used another persons research to add memorials, I have NEVER claimed to be a historian .... I just enjoy walking & photographing cemeteries!

Please don't add "unknown burials" unless you are going to update the memorial to a proper cemetery within 30 days. I won't add parental or spousal links to "unknown burials".

If you have corrections and/or additions, please let me know. I work very hard to make these Champaign County, OH memorials accurate.
However, please be SIGNED IN when you request a correction or have additions and LIST YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!
If I have questions, I need to contact you....

If you are requesting a transfer of one of your direct grandparents, please be sure to include your ID# in your request!
If not your direct grandparent, I will gladly make your additions. Please try to follow the guidelines for requesting transfers, but other family will definitely be considered.

✔ PLEASE NOTE
Find a Grave does not require that I search the entire Find a Grave system globally, only the individual cemeteries in which I am adding to.

Please don't purposely duplicate a memorial when you KNOW one exists but is listed as Unknown or in another cemetery. BE COURTEOUS and suggest to the contributor to edit their memorial to the correct cemetery.

Also, no need to send me info such as
"Mr & Mrs John Doe have another child, Jane Doe"
Or... "Mr Doe has a wife Jane who died XXX"
That's fine, but unless they have a memorial page, I cannot link them. Please create a page for additional spouses or children & link them, or send the contributor the link numbers. I can't link children unless I am their memorial creator.

These are the names I am currently searching. I won't transfer memorials related to anyone with the following surnames:
ALEXANDER
BAILEY
BOOLMAN
BOWERS
BURROUGHS
CADWELL
CHUBB
CORK
FRESHOUR
GILLIAM
HAWES
ILIFF
JORDAN

Memorial# 30623598 Newton M Jones
Candy, you have this listing with no image. In doing my research I have a Newton M Jones that was born in Campaign county in 1831. He died in 1905 (same dates as this listing) and is buried in Williams County, Ohio (Memorial# 104927939). I'm trying to determine if the Newton M. Jones in your listing is actually buried in this cemetery or if he is listed because other family members are buried there. What is the source for your information? I'm trying to make sure I'm not matching the my GGGF to the wrong parents. I've found them in the 1850 census, but I'm not sure if it is correct or not. Any info you can provide would be helpful.

Thank you so much for the image of the headstone for James Chatterton! Greatly appreciated. It's wonderful to be able to learn that much more about an ancestor because of the time and dedication you give. Kudos!

Margaret A. Demory
You have requested that Margaret's birth be listed as 1812. When I take her date of death of 4/15/1859 and remove the 45Y 7M 15D I come up with September, 1813. Just wondering where you came up with 1812 before the date is entered. Thanks.
