Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've always been interested in my family genealogy since the 1980's. So many unknowns, so little time......

Currently I'm working on the following families:

Loughrey, Loughery, Manning, McDevitt, McGahey, McGaughey, McPake, McPeck, McPeak, Carroll, Riddle, Curran, McCullough, Cassidy, Glackin, Glacken, Hetrick, Rittenhouse, Burtz, Bass, Winger, Newman, Neuman, Nasello, Seminara, Sheridan, D'Angelico, Tomasco to name a few.

Posted Photos are for your PERSONAL USE ONLY & are NOT TO BE USED without written permission of the owner. More than happy to make additions & corrections to memorials & if you find a duplicate on a memorial I created, please hit the EDIT button & choose the appropriate link, then send a message. Please follow the rules listed on this web site.

This site can be a lot of fun. I've found you don't really know your relatives until you start digging. You just never know what surprises you'll find!

Thank you for visiting!

RE: Lillian & Ariel Murphy
Thanks so much for taking the time to locate the Murphys. Perhaps it would be best to put the additional information from the cemetery on the photo caption, or send it to the site owner to add as a note to the site, so others could also read it.

RE: Ida Davis
Thank you for the information. Ida's husband was William J. Davis. Her son was Gladstone Blaine Davis (1893 - 1946). Gladstone's wife's name was Mary Margaret. Not sure if she is buried in Westside Cemetery. I do not know if they had any children. Perhaps some of the Davis burials are related.

Thank you,

Now it's my turn to read your bio and I noticed you are researching Loughrey's. Are they from Philly as well? My girlfrien's maiden name was Loughrey and her dad (he passed away a few years ago) was Jack Loughrey. He grew up in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. Any connection?

You are welcome! I have just heard from a relative of my husband's Sheridan family after he found me on Find A Grave. So far, I don't know of a Robert Francis, but I will keep it in mind in case he shows up. Thanks again!

RE: Lillian Stewart & daughters
We just returned from a visit to Royal Palm Cemetery - and guess who we found!?! Teresa!
I was dusting off the "girls" markers when I glanced to my right and saw Rhodes marker. Teresa and her husband - Jarrett - are resting to the right of Edna. So, the picture I posted of the graves had Teresa in it too - without us knowing it.
I was SO excited. I honestly had tears. So glad to be able to find these for you and Becky. I'll post the photos shortly.

RE: Lillian Stewart & daughters
Even though we've only been doing photo requests for 5 months, we've come upon a few requests/fulfillments that have touched our hearts - and this is one of them.
I sent some ideas to Becky for further searching.
My husband and myself are going to the St. Petersburg History Museum this morning to see if there's anything of the accident on file there. Where it was such a tragedy, I think there may be some information.
We'll check into other sources in St. Pete too.
Hopefully something will turn up.
I'll keep you posted.

Also, we posted 2 photos of each grave - hopefully those came through as well. I do wish, however, that I had posted them in a different order - with the granite marker first. They are all there, though.

RE: Lillian Stewart & daughters
You are very welcome. We had a difficult time locating the graves. The workers at Royal Palm were very helpful - and located all 4 graves for us. Such a tragedy. If there are any more photos of the grave sites that you would like, please let us know. We frequent the cemetery and would be more then happy to take additional photos of the area.
