That is absolutely amazing! I'm not sure Mama knew where she was buried, even. At least she knew about "Pappy Clark", as he was referred to by our family.
We did know it was her third marriage. I can't imagine all the hardships of those before us. It's difficult enough for me as a widow today, much less when life wasn't nearly so 'easy' physically, anyway,
Appreciate your response. I come and go with ancestry, it seems. Right now, I'm more on a roll than sometimes.
Karen, I found Walter A Leggett 1-10-1890 / 9-1- 1970 and wife Mabry S Leggett 2-5-1896 / 1-30-1990 at Lehrton Cemetery. They were NOT on Find a Grave so I created memorials for them. While trying to find family members, I discovered all the work you've done on the Leggett line.
I am not related AT ALL. I would love to transfer them to your care. Please let me know.
Ann Skipper Boykin
They have a son whose memorial has been created.
At this same cemetery, Marvin Walter 1930-2012 # 129862636 (This is not my memorial)

Married Ellie Reid and my Great-great Grandmother. Her parents are Madison S Crockett and Emily Elizabeth Daniel. This is a most rewarding find today! Thank you Karen for being so willing to share this information. You have the pertinent information for Mary "Tempie", as we call in her our family, but not a photo of her grave~ however, that is great. Can hardly wait to let my sister know she has been 'found'!

This was my Grandmother we called her ( Tootsie) I will post some pictures to this site. I have many pictures and I am getting her and my grandfather. Foot markers at Forest park. They are buried there by her father Phillip.
I found a younger photo of Birdie and Cecil, posted on Birdie Dora's memorial. Just thought youmight like to know. Feel free to copy if you want. Mike

No thanks, I live to far away to keep up with changes in the family. I found out through Find a Grave that some of my cousins had passed away. I am assuming that you live in Mississippi and have access to records better that I. Again thanks for your work on Find a Grave.

Karen, would you please link George Yarber #94716226 with Sallie Jones Yarber #94717198 buried at Zion Rest. They were my great grandparents. Thanks for your posting to "Find a Grave"

Thank you, Karen! :D
|Kat Breiding||Headstone Photo|
This is Kat Breiding again - I just looked up one of my grandmothers, Clara Mae Mosley (married to my grandfather, Milton Calhoun Mosley), and was pleased to see that you had also taken a shot of her headstone. May I have your permission to also copy this photo to my family tree?
|Kat Breiding||Headstone Photo|
My name is Kat Breiding and Milton Calhoun Mosley is my great-grandfather. Thank you for taking a photograph of his headstone in Eucutta, Wayne, Mississippi, at Zion Rest Cemetery. May I have your permission to copy it to my family tree in FamilySearch?
