Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Chesapeake, Virginia and am a Civil War history buff and a lover of old cemeteries. I love to travel around Virginia with my Labrador Retrievers, enjoy the solitude and taking pictures of the battlefields.

As far as the memorials that I post, most of them are not family members of mine but rather memorials that I found to be really impressive when I was strolling though a cemetery or family members of photo requests that I fulfilled who didn't already have a memorial established. If you would like me to transfer any of them, please let me know.

Anyone who wishes to use any of my photographs for non-commercial purposes has my permission. Also, if I have posted a memorial of a relative that you object to, please notify me and I will remove it.

Many thanks to all of you who have shared stories of your family with me. Every day that I volunteer is a history lesson for me and I cherish the many stories that you have shared.

Yeah, I noticed after I sent my message that you had a caption under the picture. My bad. Thanks for the reply.

William J. Curling (#81625512)
Your picture doesn't match W.J. Curling, it shows a headstone shows a P.C. Curling. Please fix. Thanks.

Remembering the Forgotten
Thank you for taking the time to take pictures of an "empty" spot!! I am not familiar with Cedar Hill and have never been, so I don't know the layout or plot sizes. My G-Grandfather Charles W. Reynolds who passed away between 1910-1920 is MIA. Is there enough room for another person in that plot other than Robert Roach? Thanks

Jeff: I'd love to have their headstone photos. If you are up for their transfers, that'd be great as well. His mother and dad divorced around 1910 and she died single in San Diego, CA in 1948. Thanks! Tom
