Bio and Links
Bio Photo Louisiana has been my home state most all of my life. Trying to piece together generations is certainly a challenge, but is a necessity to leave ancestry information for our children and generations to come.
I am Mom to 4 wonderful children (2 girls, 2 boys) and Nana to 6 beautiful grandchildren (4 girls, 2 boys).
Having lost more than 20 family members/friends in the years since Hurricane Katrina alone, FindAGrave and my family's ancestry has become somewhat of a therapy for me.. Searching for and posting memorials has comforted me immensely and at times, brings me to tears.. It is my hope that my efforts are respectful to everyone, as it is NEVER my intention to upset, hurt or anger anyone. Therefore, if I have any memorials that belong to your immediate family and wish to have them removed or corrected, please leave me a message with your loved one's information and forgive me for adding to your grief.. I am still in the process of creating, linking and updating personal family members and would be honored to assist others if needed..
My teenagers, especially my daughter, share my passion and enthusiasm for FindAGrave and therefore takes our searches very seriously, as though every resting place holds a personal family member.. Everything that we do here is done with much love, care and respect..
With the understanding that searching can be both rewarding and heartbreaking, PLEASE don't judge anyone because of deeds committed by ancestors that are beyond our control. Each of us have a history and future and what we leave to our familys is up to us. Love everyone with an open mind/heart and for who they are, regardless of their historical status. Remember that good or bad, God has created our families according to HIS grand design..
If I have a memorial that you would like me to transfer to you, please send your relationship to that person in your request.
If you would like for me to create or update a memorial for a loved one or friend, please send me a message and I'll let you know what info I need. God bless each and every one of you!

JERRY RUDOLPH KOPPENAL
DANA,
PLEASE ADD WILLIAM "BILL" KOPPENAL TO JERRY RUDOLPH KOPPENAL'S MEMORIAL.
HE WAS JERRY'S BROTHER.
I AM SURE HE TOO IS BURIED IN THE WAGER CEMETERY ALONG WITH HIS OTHER BROTHERS HOWARD AND CLAUDE AS WELL AS HIS PARENTS RUDOLPH AND MAE BARTON KOPPENAL.
THEY WERE LIKE FAMILY TO ME.
I LOVED EVERYONE OF THEM AND MISS THEM.
THANK YOU.

So, how far back do you go from Maston / Mastin?

...and, do you have info on all the families from that point-to-this?

Are you "creeped out" if I help? :) Some people are...just making sure...

If not - then, I can start a tree for you in my software and see what I can find, if you like! I LOVE doing this sort of stuff....

Let me know what you think! Maybe we can tackle the roadblocks between the two of us!

"Talk" to you, SOON! :)

Awwww, MAN!!! My middle name's Lucille... :( BUMMER! :) HAHAHAHAHA!

Well, it already feels like we're related, if nothing else! :)

I think I saw the news article about the triplets, for some reason....but, my old brain isn't to be trusted, much, anymore....always have to "go look" to prove it to myself!

I'll see what I can find!

My email at work is judith.newman@ecolab.com - easiest way to get a-hold of me!

Write when you can, Cuz! (Adopted, or otherwise!)

Have a GREAT WEEK! :)

RE: Newman Family
Hi, Dana!

SO NICE to "MEET" YOU!!!

Thank you for the very kind words! I will be happy to help, if I can - even if your Newman line is not related! That being said: If they ARE related - I have a LOT of STUFF. Newman line for our family - I go back to about the 1630s - which is when the first Neswmans in our line came to America from England.

I have not had much success, though, prior to that. :( Bummer!

I'll be happy to help in any way that I can! If you could advise of a couple of names and dates to start with, I'll be happy to help! Who knows: maybe they are already in my tree! :) :) :) THAT would be AWESOME! :)

Always nice to meet new friends and/or new relatives! I am a freak about this stuff...usually, I spend Saturdays doing laundry and sitting at the computer, in betweens loads! :) HAHAHAHA!

Anywho - that's what I'm doing right this moment.

Please write if I can help! ...and, NICE to meet a NEWMAN! Just remember: You'll never be an old woman (like me) - you'll ALWAYS be a NEWMAN!!! :)

Take Care, and write when you can!

You might need to ask Find A Grave Edit to add the Little Springs. I can't do anything with that request.
