I am a teacher and a farmer's wife, and certainly not retired! We raise hormone-free, antibiotic-free beef and lamb, alfalfa, corn and soybeans. We have four grown children and one awesome, adorable little grandson! We try to see them often, which requires scheduling and traveling.|
I enjoy artwork, traveling, gardening, reading, and genealogy. My mother has done a lot of work with genealogy and cemeteries, and I will continue to make that information available to others. Feel free to use any photos that I post.
In my work with Find A Grave, I prefer to keep only the memorial pages of our relatives that I have made and those that have been transferred to me. I will gladly transfer a non-relative's memorial page to that person's relative. Kindly email me with any corrections, as I would do the same.

I am not related to Jessie Woodard Grabill. I like to photograph the tree headstones when I see them. I was visiting Belleville in May so I photographed all of the tree headstones in Walnut Hill Cemetery. One thing I have learned by taking these photos is that this one is a Woodmen of the World Memorial, which means Jessie was a member of that organization. Here is a link to the history of Woodmen of the World
Have you tried looking for information on Jessie on Ancestry.com or Familysearch.org? Familysearch.org is free to search.
If you want, I can transfer the memorial of Jessie to you since I am not a relative. I hope you find out more information about him and his family.

You are most welcome Julie! If I have anymore of your relatives, I would be happy to transfer them to you. I hope that you and yours have very blessed Holidays.

Julie: I have been playing catch up on my old emails and see that I did not add your additions for Alva. They are added now. Sorry for the delay and thank you for sending them.

Greetings! Unfortunately, I don't have anything on John. I was putting together North Lawn Cemetery records in an attempt to make them available to the Findagrave community.
