access to Twibell North Cemetery
Hello,
My sister and I tried to find the Twibell North Cemetery and we believe it on some property that belongs to the gravel company in Montpelier?
We saw a lane that said no trespassing and a rope blocking off the lane.

Can you tell us how we might be able to get to the cemetery that is located in that area?

Thank you,
Annie (Kunkel) Hoffmeier

Lockett family - James and Amelia Lockett
I wonder if you would consider transferring the Lockett family buried in the Center Cemetery, Roll, Blackford County, Indiana. They are part of my husbands Lockett family. Ordelia Belle Lockett was my husbands grandmother.

Is it possible that the two of them are located in Odd Fellow's instead of Saint John Catholic? I am not sure where Saint John Catholic really ends and Odd Fellow's begins. There is an entrance with a circle drive that goes back to the Saint John Catholic monument. The Rook stone is further away from this.

Helen Patterson marker
Is there possibly another marker with Helen Patterson's name. The information on this web site is correct of her birth and death, but the marker shown does not match at all.

Thank you, Jim Venis

Sorry about the blank message - don't know what happened, but I think you can delete it. I am writing to thank you for the transfer of Jacob Leffler. I do not ask for transfers of Lefflers, but am always glad to get them and I appreciate your generosity.

Hello,

I wondered if you have more information about this memorial? I think the parents are James E Evans and Martha Jane Evans, but can't be sure. If so, this memorial helped me to knock down a brick wall.

I knew that my GGGrandmother, Sarah E Evans Watson (1860--1937; Find A Grave# 64702568) was born in Hartford City, Indiana between 1860 and 1861. Because she was born after the 1860 census, and because her father died during the Civil War, I don't have great documentation, only my grandmother's recollection of Sarah's father's name. I also have her death certificate, issued in Joplin Missouri in 1937 that named her parents, but no one at that time knew her mother's maiden name. I had no information about Martha, Sarah's mother, until today.

I started taking a very close look at all of the census records for Blackford Co., Indiana and came across a Martha J Stewart, Clark Stewart and Sarah Stewart living with the Lyon family.

Do you know if Clark Stewart's sister, Martha J Stewart, married James E Evans in Indiana? I think that my Sarah and Joseph H Evans are siblings, but can't be sure.

Any information you can offer might help. Thanks so much. I don't think I'll ever find James E. Evans' grave because of the war, but would love to find as much as I can about Martha.

Thanks so much...
