Following the FAG procedure will ensure a smooth, accurate transfer. Please also use this tab for requests for corrections and links.

When I complete a photo request, I keep all the original images. My photos may be used and reposted for personal use and not for profit. I do appreciate when people credit me as the source, just as a courtesy.

Whenever possible I will try to include photos of couples graves and family plots with Mums and dads with their children and general family plots.

RE: Lewis Tunnicliff
Hi MystikNZ
I just got a response back from the council regarding Lewis Tunnicliff

I have asked my team about this and as there is no headstone that we are aware of it is not possible for us to locate this grave.

Unfortunately a lot of the old records for this cemetery were lost either when the Cemetery Trust handed over the records to the Council of the time or when there was a fire in Councils record storage area.

As the plans that we have donít reflect where people are buried we just cant work out where everyone is.

This is not ideal and is very distressing for families but we have tried all sorts of ways to unravel this but it just doesnít seem to work.

I shall remove the photo request

Regards
Kevin

Lewis Tunnicliff
Is the Lewis Tunnicliff you are unable to find the child at Spring Grove?
If so the only extra info I can provide at this time is Area: Moutere-Waimea Ward, I have emailed the council to see if they can be of any more assistance to me

RE Marker for Kenny

Hi
I can only assume the marker for Kenny refers to her son Kenneth. I don't have a definitive answer on that though

Hi Steph...
Obviously it's not as cold down as it is up here???
You are wonderful...Thanks for all the photos...
Yes Kate Elizabeth is the wife of Sydney Howard. Her maiden name is Rutherford.
I thank you very, very much for that info about her...
I only have her name, no dates, on the family tree AND I had her name as Catherine, whereas now through you, I know it's Kate I have checked BDM!!!!
