RE: Found them!
No question. Just wanted you to know I found the correct Solomon. You had offered to drive out, but they are actually in Loudon. I have located the correct plot there. Did not want you to make a wasted trip! Thank you!

RE: Found them!
Someone had already gone out Jim and apparently nothing was found. I called the cemetery and they never purchased markers and/or a headstone. I have a picture of the "surrounding" plots, and their plot, but their plot looks like well landscaped lawn! Thank you so much for the offer however. I truly appreciate it!!

Michael Roddy #127463688
Hi Jim, I submitted an edit request for Michael Roddy, memorial # 127463688 for a correction on his year of death. It should read 1911; on the memorial it reads 1907. His wife died that year so it may be the reason for the mix-up. Michael was my great-grandfather's brother and I have the death notice in case you need me to email it to you to verify. I added a photo of the gravestone. I didn't see a memorial for his wife Margaret so I will add they this afternoon. Thanks for all of your work. Jane Feldmann Cook

George Henwood
Hi Jim

I got in touch the other day to say that I couldn't find George's grave. I went back to the cemetery today, as I thought I may be looking in the wrong place, and I found his grave. I have uploaded the photo for you.

Best wishes

Sue

Solomon
Hi Jim. I was wondering if you have any information whatsoever on the Solomon headstone you took a picture of in Holy Cross Cemetery. I called them directly to find out if this was my grandmother and they had absolutely no information whatsoever of any Solomon in their cemetery. It is listed as that cemetery, but no Solomon exists according to the records. I was hoping possibly you may know more information? Thank you for any info you can provide. Just trying to find out if this could be possibly my grandmother. Maybe a section or location? Thank you. Debra.

RE: Markowski
I meant to say Holy Rosary. It's up off of Eastern Avenue and though that part of my family was from locust Point, they attended Mass there. It was celebrated in Polish and to this day, still has Masses in Polish.

RE: Markowski
Thank you so much, Jim. She could only be buried in one of the two, Holy Cross or Holy Rosary. They were devout Catholic and first generation immigrants. They were parishers of Holy Cross Church in Baltimore.

Kindest regards,

Carolyn
