Bio and Links
I WILL NOT link any memorials that are listed as burial unknowns. If you have any memorials where the place of disposition is not known, they don't belong on this web site, it helps not one person who is looking for the final disposition and it goes against what the purpose of this site is for.

I have listed to document cemeteries and to honor those who have died before us first and foremost.

Please use the edit tab in the memorial for any corrections and updates. I will not do any updates from the profile page, there are steps in place that makes it easier for us. I do delete those that are left on my page.

If asking for a transfer, please be specific as to the relationship. Asking for a transfer of grandparents needs to be specific. Your mother's or father's parents; g-grandparents; g-g-grandparents and so forth. Us the edit tab and choose "Suggest any other correction or addition"

Thank you.

According to Harry Wright Newman's book Mareen Duvall of Middle Plantation p. 499 he was buried on the 19th. Thanks for all your good work on Find-a-Grave.

Paul Trueman Lanham (1919-2006)
Additionally, he passed away in December of 2006 and not 2007 as the article suggests.

Paul Trueman Lanham
Hi, I enjoyed reading your post of Paul Trueman Lanham (1919-2006)

Paul (or Pau-Pau, as I came to know him as), was the only grandfather I ever knew or ever had. My biological grandfathers passed prior to my birth. My father's father, Harry Flora, died from a heart attack on Thanksgiving in the late 60s when my father was only a child and my mother's father passed away just a few years before I was born from lung cancer, the same cancer that threatened to take Paul in the late 80s. Pau-Pau would continue to live with us for a few more decades with roughly half a lung remaining.

Paul remarried my grandmother (I believe in the late 70s), Doris (Previously Doris Flora from her marriage with Harry Flora and maiden name of Pilkerton), and without a question treated the Flora family he inherited as his own.

I am forever grateful for the 20 years of my life that I had with Pau-Pau. His love for history, all things literary, science, engineering, York peppermints, and laughter will always live on in my memories of him.

This is why I find this article of his a bit short in regards to having no mentioning of his second marriage with my grandmother, Doris. If these articles are for those of us still living to read and recollect upon those who have passed on, then it would be of the utmost importance to include all important aspects such as this simple detail.

Thank you for your time,

Brian Mitchel Flora

RE: Thomas E Skinner
If you only knew how messed up these cemeteries are. Lol. The house in the background in that pic on the memorial is at Old Baptist. I just had to have 3 methodist cemeteries merged.

Eliza Leach
You had placed a memorial on for Elizabeth Leach Wyman Find A Grave #20096033. Richard Dixon had placed a memorial on for Eliza Leach Find A Grave #83094057 He transferred her memorial to me and I linked her to her spouse Leonard Wyman and her children. I have researched her and in all the census records and marriage records show her name as Eliza. Also the Cemetery book shows Eliza. Do you have documentation that her name should be Elizabeth?
