Just thought I'd let you know I photographed the grave marker for Joseph Shelley at Winchester National Cemetery and posted it to his memorial page.

You need to go to your Edits on your Contributor page. An Edit was sent to you 3 weeks ago. Also your memorial is at a wrong Cemetery.

Maybe that you do not know of a recent change in
Find a Grave memorials.
You should go to your
Contributor Tools page. In the top right hand corner are some tabs. Click on the one marked
Edits. It will contain edits that people have
sent you to update a certain memorial. (the number shown under the word edits is the number
of edits sent to you).
The info will be from research that they have done on that certain person.
You just have to click at the bottom of the page. The system will automatically update the memorial.
They updates can be links to family, more complete dates, locations, names, etc.

Hi! I am related to Laveta Atwood, who married Bill Shelley in 1922. She was the niece of my great grandmother - I have several pictures of Laveta, her siblings, Bill, and their children through the years from my great grandmother's photo album. I have posted some of these on my Ancestry.com tree. I am wondering if you are perhaps related to Laveta, and if so, might help me with her descendants. I am trying to find as many descendants of her grandparents (John Myers and Mary Madeline Lang) as possible.

Thank you, Venus. I live all the way north in PA and these photos would be impossible for me to take at this time. If I may, I would like to ask you a few questions. But if you prefer, you can just ignore the bottom part of my email and know you have my gratitude.
Is this cemetery a peaceful, quiet place?
Are these 3 grave stones laying down flat on the ground? I think I remember another photo like that.
Do you remember other family members in the same plot?
Thanks again for being my eyes and taking these photos

Thanks so much for the photo of Andrew T. Lisenby's grave marker at Riverside Cemetery in Macon, GA. I know it takes some time and effort to fill a request, and your weather is HOT this time of year!

I would like to help you with this but the rose hill cemetery here in okc is not very helpful nor do they have good maintance or grave markers to tell you where ur at. I went to ask them if he's buried here and they said it would cost me 5$ for that info. that their services is for family only and they had to call in to get the info. when i asked for maps of the cemetery so i can find where things are they said tell the family to request the map for the info on which they are inquiring. There phone number is 405-843-5771 or fax number 405-843-5754. Please let me know if I can help in anyway. I dont have my volunteering status turned on cause there are some doing rose hill that have said i dont take professional photos and they dont want to see it on their memorials. so I do try and help but i email the headstones by request.
