My husband died when he was quite young, so I have tried to provide a background on his family and mine for our sons. My efforts are focused on our extended families.

Leathers family
Hi Nancy,

I have recently started researching the Leathers line in my family and was finding it really confusing until I found all of the great information you have added on the memorial pages. I come through Elizabeth Leathers Bechtel. I was wondering if you found all of this information through your own research or if it was passed down to you through family members? Also, do you have a family tree on Ancestry.com or a page on rootsweb that you would be willing to share? I have been copying the information I have found on here and adding it to my tree on Ancestry but I would love to be able to view your tree on Ancestry if you have one. If you would rather contact me through email, you can find it on my profile. Thank you for your time!

Thank you for linking Emma Grace to her parents. The Werner family is slowly being linked together.

RE: Arne P. Haugen
Hi Nancy:
Thank you so much for your response to our message. Hope your trip is for fun! I do have some corrections to your family tree for Marian Haugen. She is David's mother. She is listed as Marian Gladys Smith, but her maiden name was Shear. I will send you a note through Ancestry. Talk with you soon. Thanks, Nancy(Huber)and David Haugen

Arne P. Haugen
Hi Nancy:
Peder Arneson & Marta Olsdatter Haugen were my great great grandparents, Arne P. & Aletta Haugen, my great grandparents, Emil & Louise Haugen my grandparents and Marvel & Marian Haugen my parents. I would be interested in any family photos of Peder & Marta and/or related families that you might have and are willing to share. I have printed out the family photo of Arne and his brothers and sisters from your family tree site and the one of Marta and Peder. I had never seen either photo before. Hope to hear from you. David Haugen, (206) 633-1999

RE: Thomas Wood
If you would like to manage Thomas's wife Sarah's memorial I'd be happy to transfer it to you. Just let me know.

RE: Thomas Wood
Nancy,
You're very welcome. I don't have much information on him. There's no real documentation of his time in Randolph that I could find. I did find evidence that he may have lived in Townsend and Jamaica, VT between 1787 and 1800 although I'm not 100% sure it's the same Thomas. There are some conflicting documents as to what year he was born. I've seen both the 24 Feb. 1731 and 1732. Also on his marriage I've seen the dates of March 24, 1753 and Nov. 1, 1753.
Good luck on your research.
Bill

George DeMello
when I arrived at Forest Lawn to take the photo of Mr. DeMello's burial site I also note 2 others with the same last name: Velda Mae DeMello 1923-1998 and Anthony DeMello 1955-2001. If these are people related and you are interested in creating a memorial page, I took photos of their headstones and the area where they are buried and would be happy to download those photos. Just let me know. I will be posting Mr. DeMello's photos soon.

Hettie Bunn Groff
My great grandmother was Hettie Bunn Groff the wife of Joe Groff who are both buried at Mt. Olive. Do you know her relationship to the other Bunns at Mt. Olive?
