I am a 77.5yr old who spends many hours a day on the computer. I research as many Chapman's as possible, especialy those who have been in the military. My father spent 31yrs in the Army Air Corps and U.S. Air Force. I too served in the Air Force from 1957-1960, at Hickam A.F. Base in Hawaii.|
Much of my free time I spend as a member of the Moose fraternity, at the Anaheim, Buena Park, Garden Grove and La Habra Lodges. Have been a Governor, District President and Past President of the Legion.
I retired from the City of Anaheim after 30yrs in the Parks Department

Thank you for Harry's military information. I have added it to his memorial.
As I was going thru my Demersville memorial pages I created, I just now saw your additional information on Leonard Chapman that you posted back in 2010. I wish you had requested his transfer back in 2010, which I would have gladly done. So, I have transferred his memorial over to you to take care of. I can't think of anyone who could do a better job at it then you!! I am not related to anyone in the Demersville or Conrad cemeteries so if there are any more of your relatives, even cousins, please let me know. I will be more than happy to transfer them to you.
Yes, you may use the info

Hi,Leonard! I'm always working on something, but nothing new on the Burts. I did the DNA test through Ancestry.com, hoping to find a Burt match, but nothing so far. Hope you are well!

Leonard, do you want me to transfer her over to your care? Or do you just want to add to her bio?
|Lady in Red||RE: Remove a entry?|
I can not remove your entry. Sorry you will have to do it yourself. Sorry.

Hi Leonard, you can put the right info on there if you wish or I could,you just let me know but you can remove the wrong info. I do not think I can since you posted it, I do not think I am allowed. Only the person who posted stuff can remove that, I think. Anyway thanks for getting back to me. I have gone back as far as Roy M Chapman's father which is George T. Chapman. That would make him my great grandfather. That is from the Familysearch.org website. You ever use it? It is a free site.

Thanks for your work on Find A Grave, Leonard.

Hello, Mr. Chapman, my name is Roger Anthony Chapman and I am writing to you to say that I think there is a mistake in the note you left on Roy M. Chapman's memorial page on May 22, 2010. I have just started looking up my past and found up to my great grandfather using the free website familysearch.org. As it goes it is George T. Chapman, Roy M. Chapman, Richard E. Chapman then me. If you were to go to that site and type in Roy M. Chapman you will find that the wife and siblings you mentioned are not match for him. The before mentioned names do match. After more research on that site I did find tne siblings you refered to on the note that match a Roy E. Chapman,(Earle) born 1895 in Kansas, and to the right of his name are names of the people you mentioned. Please feel free to confirm these findings on that site. Please let me know what you come up with at email@example.com or here or feel free to call me at 704-264-6988any time before 11 pm. Roy M. Chapman's wife was Matrue S. Chapman which can be found on Findagrave site. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time.
Roger A. Chapman

Clarence is my Great Grandfather and Marion Lake Means is my Grandmother on my mother's side. Florence would be my Great Aunt. How are you related to Florence and Eldridge Chapman?
I'm hoping you might know more about Clarence.
