Margaret Caroline Adams
In searching for documented proof of my gggrandmother, Caroline Adams, I found today on that you show a first cousin four times removed named Margaret Caroline Adams.
Can you confirm that she was married to Drury Howell Partin? I'm so hoping that the proverbial
"brick wall" is coming down.
Thank you,
David Partin

G.W. and Lucy (Mitchell) Adams
Hi Lynne,

Since your middle name is Adams, wondered if you are descended from Geo. Washington and Lucy Adams. Their headstone is one that you added to FindAGrave. My husband and I have been researching the family of Lucy Adams' sister Sarah (Mitchell) Latimer. She married Henry Gould Latimer in the mid-1800s, lived in Darke Co., OH, for a few years, then they moved to Plainfield, NJ, for the remainder of their years.

Before I go on and on, will you confirm whether or not you are related to this Adams family? Thanks!

RE: Ezell / Tarkington Photo
My father and I were out at Flat Creek yesterday making pictures of their graves. We are descendants of Balaam Ezell and Keziah Tarkington. If you have any information you can share on them I'm sure my father would love to have it.

RE: Jonas Nichols
You're very welcome.

What a great record that headstone is, with all of the children's names and dates inscribed on the side! The pioneer section of this cemetery is very old; there are at least a couple dozen markers original to that time that are so badly weathered and/or damaged as to be unreadable now. I think it's marvelous that someone placed a much more recent (and detailed) marker for Jonas Nichols at some point, so as to preserve all that information.

Wrong graveyard
You have the wrong burial place for William Scobie and Jane Sturgeon they are buried in the New Dailly Cemetery in Dailly just a bit further up the road from old dailly churchyard

Mary Purvis-Crane at Fort Meigs
She is in a family plot. When you click on the family plot photo, I have identified all of the members. I've alrequested Judy Reamy to link all of the members to one another. Happy Hunting!

RE: Purvis photos
I just wish there were more markers to photograph. I did 19 photo requests yesterday and several of them had no markers (hate it when that happens!!).
