I became interested in my family genealogy a few years back. The families that I research are Rigsby, Cantrell, Adams, Jones and many other related families.
I love going to the cemeteries and locating and photographing the gravesites. I stumbled across this website and thought what a wonderful way to give my loved ones a memorial. I love connecting the families together even if they are buried in different cemeteries.
I create memorials for people that I don't know because I want them to be remembered and I want other people to find their relatives if they have lost touch. Please let me know if I have made an error and I will correct it. I strive to always be correct but I am human and I do make mistakes. Please do not waste my time by asking me to do an edit to add a period after an initial!!!! I love to have pictures on my memorials that honor those who have passed. Please feel free to add nice pictures but please if my memorial has a picture of a monument, please don't add another. I won't have room to add other pictures. Thank you for your consideration.
I will gladly transfer memorials to anyone IF the deceased is not a direct relative of mine. I will transfer any non-relative if it's an aunt uncle, cousin or friend. However, I would appreciate a request through the "Suggest a correction..." function on the memorial page. In it, write something like "Please transfer because ....... whatever your reason. That makes it so much easier for me because the system generates and sends an email to me with direct links to the memorial, making it SO much easier for me to handle your request. I will not respond otherwise.
***I respectfully omit the names of the living from the death notice to respect their right to privacy. Please do not add their names in space in the flowers.***
My thanks to all who contribute to Find A Grave.

Dolphus Rigsby ??? I found where a man by this name married a Kate Hendrick 10/4/1920 Cullman Alabama..I am thinking that Kate is Sammy Kate Hendrick ,,I believe she was his 1st wife maybe as I see he is laid to rest with another wife,,by chance can you confirm the 1st marriage and do you know if this was his 1st wife how long the marriage lasted and if there were children. I have had a hard time locating her on the 1930/40 census.
Thanks so much

You are so very welcome! I also took photos of other Basinger graves around your request, to find they already had photos on their pages, but I added mine anyway. Thank you for your kind words.

You are very welcome. I knew Jr. and his wife. They were very nice people.
Would you, please, delete my messages?
I am sorry I wrote them and now they read so harsh
even to me.
Thank you in advance.

Sometimes I don't do to good, but my mother and fther in-law are in the same cemetery. They don't live across the street from the cemetery.
Now I feel better. Tom
