Thank You!
Thank you very much for taking the picture of Isabelle Barnette's headstone. She is a big part of the history of Fairbanks, Alaska. I also saw that the person that added her corrected her placement.

RE: Edwin McMahon
Okay, Sleuth, where did you find the information about his father and his residence on Castro St.? I am baffled by this guy! His wife was equally mysterious--an apparent raging alcoholic and then intensely religious. Thanks for the tips!

William,

Thank you for taking the time to photograph and post the photo of the tombstone of William John, Hershenow III. I really appreciate it. He was my second cousin that I never knew ( he died at the age of 13 days).

Thank You!!!
Dear Mr. Watt,

Thank you so much for the photos of Edwin's and Catherine's grave sites. I've been looking for them for a long time as the few remaining people in our family referred to Edwin as Jack. Finally, someone called him Ed, which I thought was a Johnny Carson joke, but the date of Cassie's birth and death are exact. Thanks for verifying the latest family find.

Isabelle Barnette
I double checked to records for Isabelle to make sure the person that added her had the correct plot.

The records say she was in plot Section PP-NA-WS Grave Number 465

The contributor did not put the S on the end of the plot placement. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Thank you for trying to find the grave of Isabelle Barnette. Lost markers are a problem in our old cemetery in Fairbanks also.

RE: Holt & Augusta
The family stone in Chestnut Hill is Secor, and both Augusta Secor Little and Holt Secor (his stone includes a Laura Pease 1888-1969) are close to Rosalind. The Secor family name can be found in a several other locations in Woodlawn although I have no idea if they belong to your family.
