Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am disabled veteran. I started doing family genealogy on behalf of my children and grandchildren. I am the first in my family to start a Massey Genealogy Tree. I believe in life, the joys, ups and downs. Life is short, this is my chance to help my family members who came before and those that will come after. My heart belongs to New England and Wisconsin areas. This tree is in honor of my father LARRY LEE MASSEY SR. and my mother MARY LOUISE KAENEMAN MASSEY. You both live on thru your children and Grandchildren. You will always be in our hearts, mind and souls. Your family misses you both so much. Look forward to seeing you both again.

All PRAISE and GLORY belong to God, He has given the me the determination and guidance to help me in my task for researching my FAMILY GENEALOGY.

It took awhile, but the cemetery was very helpful to day with putting up a temporary marker. Val :)

RE: Doris Denton Sullivan # 91351784

Sorry it took me so long... After 5 trips searching, I got help from the staff who carried me right to it .
The problem was the name was under DENTON.... and I had been looking for SULLIVAN ...

But... I finally got it .

RE: Wylie Edgar & Dollie Beatrice Williams Whatley
They were next to my Great Uncle and Aunt Bingham and Willie Bell Mitchell which I finally found after searching for a few years. I always take pictures around my relatives of other gravesites to help in future references and research.
Glad I could help.

Trying to verify where McDonald comes from for Lizzie's maiden name. All of the death certificates on the boys say her maiden name was Little. Any input? Trying to get it correct on our records. Can't even find a marriage record on her to Simeon, though we figured they married in Alabama because Cader is born there in 1875-1878ish. Any input you have would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Glenn, you are welcome. There is a large family plot with Glenn A. d.1981, Glenn A. d.1966, Teresa B., Ruth S., John S., Laura S., all Morton's. Also John and Matilda Sheppard, Mildred Huth, Ann Buck and Marie Bearth. I added pics of them all. Take care, Bob L.

Glenn, I looked at Rosemont for her grave and could not find it. I did find a headstone for Ada L. Offerle 1894-1936 (year of death is the same and birth year off by 2 year). It was near where it should have been. I have photos do you think this is the right person?

Art Aranda
My name is Art Aranda and I live in San Antonio, Texas. A few years ago, I took some items to a trash dumpster. I noticed a box laying beside the dumpster and upon closer inspection I noticed it contained several family photos. I brought the box home with the intent to try to find a family member. Unfortunately, I placed them in the garage and forgot about them. This week, I was cleaning out the garage and I ran across the long forgotten box. The box contains photos and the funeral signature book for Bernice Massey which indicated she was buried in Goshen Cemetery. I looked up the cemetery and found this site. If you are interested in them, I can mail them to you. Or if there is a family member living in San Antonio, have them call me and I will be glad to turn the photos over to them. Glenn, what do you think about getting a temporary from the funeral home? Many graves I come across have temps from many years back, esp when there was no one left living to place a marker. I would be glad to see about that if I have the family's ok. Val

I am disappointed to have to tell you there is no marker for Gale's grave. The cemetery folks went out with me and brought the plot map and located other graves around it to pinpoint the burial. His file was missing today and I left my name and number so they would call me with anything helpful as far as life information, perhaps also as to why there was no marker. So sorry! I will post a couple photos of the site and if I learn anything will put it on his page so check back. He is in the Garden of Prayer, #66- A-2. Val
