I have been collecting gravestone photographs of my ancestors for several years. In Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Scotland. I am glad to be able to add them to a web site where they are accessible to other family descendants who are unknown to me.|

Yes, you and i had a nice email chat and I have checked out your webpages. I think I will do that a bit more now and see if anything new pops out at me. Thanks so much!
I have removed the parent link--people send me links all the time, and I can only assume that they know what they're talking about. Unfortunately, some were probably found on ancestry.com trees, many of which are full of errors which never get corrected.

Thank you. Will do.

May I use your photo of Ebenezer's grave marker on WeRelate.org - a genealogy Wiki? I think it would be a great addition to his person page. I would, of course, give you credit as the photographer and copyright holder.

I see your info about Margaret McMichael in
Argyll and Bute, Scotland
but when I click on the picture it says Southend, Kintyre, Scotland. We believe my relatives were from the Mull of Kintyre because they came into the Ballycastle area so I was more excited about the Southend info rather than where I see Argyll and Bute on the map. Are these two descriptions meant for the same photo? Are there many cemeteries on the Mull of Kintyre and might you have seen other McMichael names? I live in the US and just got back from 10 days in northern ireland.

Not sure about his second name, that is what is recorded on the CWGC website
Regards and thanks for getting me the picture

You're welcome for the John McMichael photo. Harris Prairie Cemetery is a very old cemetery and I'm sad that some of the stones are in such disrepair. This one was broken off at the bottom, so that's why you can 't see much of it. I'm hoping to take a class next year in Indianapolis on how to clean and repair old headstones. Maybe I can be of some assistance to this historical place.
