Bio and Links
Bio Photo My wife and I love taking photos around St Clair & Sanilac Counties. We've found the graves of several of our own relatives while fulfilling photo requests, so it's a win-win situation.

Surnames we are researching include McCallum, Baker, Black, Cole, Keltner, & Ravin. If one of our memorials is a relative of yours, we would love to hear from you.

RE: Delphine McCallum
HI I found some more clues. Jack McCalmon is buried at the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Ft Gratiot. His wife was Delphine Reed McCalmom.
I discovered that they spell their last name differently. Mc Calmon then you do. I guess I saw that you had taken the photo of the sign for the Sunset and jumped to being part of her family. Close but not right. Unless you know of a name change I guess it's the wrong family.
Thanks for your reply. If you could take a photo of their stone I'd appreciate it. I don't think she is on Find A Grave but he is. she was a distant cousin in our family. Thanks.

RE: Mt Zion
Its a puzzle for sure.. I saw your relatives stones at mt zion.. I learned of a new technique to bring out old inscriptions I want to use on a few older stones ..plain white flour.. rub it in liberally and it really brings out the inscriptions where you wouldn't think you could...and its safe and washes away in the rain..
maybe we will cross paths someday... happy hunting, keith

Prayers
Please keep my family in your prayers following the loss of my uncle Franklin Rogers, who passed away yesterday from cancer. If you have time I would appreciate virtual flowers for his Find A Grave memorial 128627148. I am very blessed to have my friends on this site. Thank you,

My zion cemetary sanilac county
I was on findagrave and saw your Pics, of MT Zion a few years back after 20 years of searching I did find the grave of my gg grandfather Sheldon h Graves which you have photo of, his wife Limeira martin whose stone was buried next to him, however I cleaned it up and will post Pics.. the martin line goes back to Gov. of conn colony john Webster 1600's and Sheldon's line through marriage goes through king Edward the 3rd back to 3030 bc and its all documented, very interesting as there is much information to search and find once you get pieces to the puzzle to gather and thanks you very much for the work you both do. I have taken Pics of historic names as well
