Bio Photo My Grandmother was a historian and genealogist. She wrote and published our family genealogy to before the 1630's in New England. She inspired me to continue her work, which has lead to 'ancestor hunting' and photographing some CT Cemeteries.

RE: Benjamin Bement
I am aware of that. But the posting for the one who died in 1754 says Revolutionary War Soldier or Patriot--can't remember now which. But, that should be removed.

Benjamin Bement
Buried in Woodtick Cemetery, Woolcott, CT--he is not a Revolutionary War Veteran. He died in March 1754. His son, Benj. Jr. who was born in 1754 was a REvolutionary War Soldier.

Corp. Frank Farver

Corp. Frank Farver is buried in the Allentown Cemetery in Plymouth, CT. He is my great-uncle. I would appreciate it if you could transfer this memorial to me: 47155589.
His number is 69893100.

Thank you!

I noticed you put a picture up. What do you know about this family. I have other Roots in the same area and haven't been able to connect them.

re- Ashbel Upson

I've also added Ashbel's headstone photo barely legible, but it is Ashbel's. Can't expect much for a monument that's nearly two centuries old ;o)

Unfortunately, there's no date-of-birth on the stone; I'd estimate it at 1763, given the age if you have no other documentation to go on.

re- Harley Norton
I have added a grave-photo to this memorial, as was requested and also added the same photo to your memorial for Harley's wife.

You may want to consider updating the personal info for both (i.e. dates of birth, which appear on the headstone).

A " you're welcome " for all of the above, any time, glad to oblige.

RE: Lydia Jane Barcroft Johnson
You are welcome. I also posted a copy of a newspaper article of her 68th wedding anniversary with documentation (not proof) of children's names. Thanks for the DAR lineage information that you sent me, too.

RE: Olive Bassett
I will but I will have to figure out how to. Should I just delete them?
