Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am semi-retired. I retired from the Navy in 1996. I left the Navy for LCI (Lytel Communications Inc.) which merged w/Qwest Communications Corp. in 1998. I left Qwest for 7 years and did jobs as 911 op/police dispatcher for Columbus Police dept, US Postal letter carrier, door greeter/cashier with Wal-Mart and was with TSA at Port Columbus airport for 4.5 years and am now back with Qwest who recently merged with Century Link.

My true hobby is traveling and photographing the Ohio Histirocal Markers. I also photograph W.Va, and Va. and Tenn. historical markers as well.

My wife and I recently discovered our youth at 55 and decided to get a pair of motor cycles. So now we travel the back roads in search of hamlets to photograph ourselves in front of their signs.

I can trace my family tree direct line back to 1627 in Kilchberg by Tubingen, Germany to my ancester HANS HOLBEIN. He married ANNA MARIA MOSE 1651 in Hessigheim, Besigheim, Germany, daughter of HANS MOSE and ANNA KATHARINA. She was born Bet. 1616 - 1617. Allowing for 20-25 years of age for parents to have children, HANS MOSE could have been born in 1591 - 1596.

I am interested in the surnames of HOLBEIN, KUHN, BARRON & EARLY/EARLEY.

If I have posted a memorial of one of your family members and you would like to have it transferred to you, just let me know. Provide me with the memorial name and number and the Member ID of whom to transfer it to.

I apologize to those who have sent me requests to either transfer or edit/correct any records I have in my name. I have really not been up on this for awhile and intend to correct that. So, don't give up on me, I'll get to your request.

Memorial #32977823
Hello,
I wrote you quite a while back about the memorial for Gertrude Davis (32977823) buried at Sunbury. I have found death and social security records that I will send to your email address. This Gertrude Davis was married to my husband's grandfather - Marion Davis (second marriage for both). Her maiden name was Weiser. Would you consider transferring her memorial to me so that I may add family information? My member ID is 47281449.
Thank you,
Connie McBride Davis

Regarding the message I had left for you some time ago about the stone that was rounded, please disregard. Mystery solved.

Sunbury Memorial Park, Sunbury, OH

Is it possilbe to get a full photo of this headstone. I believe this is Sylvester Madison Williamson. His parent are John Clark and Rosannah Ely Williams who are also buried at Sunbury Memorial Park.

I would put in for a photo request, but I am out of request at this time.

I belive Sylvester and Mary's daughter Eliza Jane is was married to A.A. Criss.

Thank-you
Marilyn

Matthew Taylor, 1755-1811
I noticed that you had taken photos of the tombstones for Mathew and his wife, Rebeckah. There is a 3rd stone in the photo which is smaller and rounded and I've looked through all the names in this cemetery on find a grave and the stone doesn't match up to anyone. I wonder if you have any idea whose name was on that rounded stone. Matthew and Rebeckah are my 5th great-grandparents. I have done many years of research on the family and am still looking for one of their children, Isaac. I was wondering if the other stone might belong to him. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Hottels at Greenlawn, Columbus
Hi,

I submitted a few "corrections", more like additions to the Charles, Drusilla, Frank and Margaret Hottel memorials. Thank you in advance for your time making these changes....

Mary Elizabeth Macci Arnett
Could you please link Mary Elizabeth Macci Arnett with her parents, Attilio "Tony" Macci #77033085 and Giacomina Narcisi Macci #77033563? They are buried in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery near Greenville, Darke County, Ohio. Thank you.

Sunbury Memorial Park Cemetery
Adaline Theresa (Smith) Davis was the third wife of Rev. Asher Austin Davis. He died in 1861 - I have added his memorial to Sunbury Memorial Park on Find A Grave.
Adeline: 32977820; Asher: 73547492
On Adeline's memorial you have linked George W. Davis (1868-1952) #32977822 as a son of Adeline. Since her husband died in 1861 it is not possible that George is their son, and other cemetery transcriptions do not note Asher as his father. Please remove the relationship link.
Thank you for your help. ~Mary Hunter
