I think that I corrected the problem.

Do you have any idea how my grandmother has been marked as a half-sibling to the rest of her brothers and sisters? She WAS the daughter of James Washington Capps and Eliza Thurston. I am really upset by this because it is definitely wrong and I would like for you to help me correct this matter, if you can. I don't know who did it, and cannot figure out the problem. My mother who just died at the age of 97 provided much of the help with my research and I don't understand what has happened. I worked long and tirelessly to make sure that my information was correct.
Thanks for your help.

Melanie, I've come to the conclusion that this Amoree Burnes may not be in my blood line. I have looked and cannot find the connection. I was hoping you might know of a connection that I have missed. Over the years I heard my dad say the name Onty and the name Amoree, but I can't find the connection. Do you have any suggestions?

I would love to know more about your Helen Amoree BURNES Green. I'm real curious about her dad. Do you have any more information?

Hi Melanie, thank you for your note. Did I give you the particulars of the grave location for a James William Limbaugh? City Hall could not locate Susan but I did talk to Jill there and she said that there was an old book that listed earlier graves. I don't know the dates tho. I will contact her again and see if the gentleman who transcribed the headstones has one for Susan and James. There has been a lot of vandalism there and it is a shame. I would like to go back to the cemetery and if possible take the map with me from City Hall. Again in location of her husband James Wm. is Mausoleum Section, Block H, Lot 38. I would think that Susan would be near him. Have a wonderful and Blessed Christmas. I'll be back soon. Elaine

You are very welcome for the photos. Since I was not familiar with East View, the supervisor at the cemetery took right to each marker that I was hunting.
