I was born and raised in West Virginia but have made ILlinois my home since 1967.|
I am currently researching my family tree on my mom's side need information on Lilly, Crawford, Burkes, Burks, Burk, Hornsby, or Horn from Virginia and West Virginia.
On my father side need information on McBride, Fink, Ferguson, Wood.
If i have added any ones relative and they would like to create their own memorial e-mail me and i will delete the record.
I think this is a great site to post burials and cremation, everyone should be remembered even if it is on FIND A GRAVE.
If you have time please stop by and visit my beautiful son Memorial he is the reason i started on this site, some days i cannot visit his grave . So i just log on here and read all the beautiful notes and tokens that have been left for him. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart it means so much to me to know their are such kind people out there
RONALD LEEDALE HARRIS
And a special Thank-You to Medora for sponsoring his site she truly is a angel.
Also stop and visit my mother's site

Janie was divorced and her maiden name was restored to Harrison. I am asking you to transfer Janie to me as she was my daughter (adopted) but I got her at age 6 and so you see she is mine. Thanks, Joyce McBride Harrison

|Sheila||Ferguson Cemetery (Flat Top)|
Hi, could you possibly send me directions to the Ferguson Cemetery on Flat Top in the Camp Creek State Forest? If you have gps coordinates, that would be wonderful, but general directions will suffice. Thank you so much. Sheila

|Kathy Stroope Veasey||46765027 - re Florida A Griffith Cooper|
I see you added her death certificate to her memorial page... I have a few questions...
1st - are you related - either a Griffith or Cooper?
2nd - how did you come to have her death certificate - - is there a place on-line with access.. is there a cost????
3rd - the memorials you have made for your son and mother are very nice - - I especially love the photo of your son as a little tike.
God Bless .. Kathy

Thank you for finding and documenting the graves of these two little girls, who otherwise would have been forgotten. I wanted to leave a moment on the graves of your son and Mother, but found no links. I added you to my list of friends.

Ernest Lilly # 75038014 is Alvin's father,
Elsie Lilly # 75037708 is Alvin's mother,
Carolyn Sue Lilly # 103629957 is Alvin's sister.
As I said before, it is sad to be on Find A Grave with no connections. I will look for obits & more info for you to add. Thank you
|Ginger Lilly||hello cousin|
German was my great great grandfather also.....his daughter, Nancy Arminda married my gg grandfather, Jacob Anos Walker. You can share family stories...I find it interesting they lived in Jumping Branch. How did they meet the Walkers?

My Grandmother kept a scrapbook of obits and things of interest in the Newton County, Indiana and Iroquois County, Illinois area. As a young girl, she lived in Sheldon. I now have her scrapbook and ran across Ira's obit. He taught in Sheldon at the time my Grandmother was in school. She didn't record the newspaper that it came from though. Are you interested in adding it to Ira's Memorial? I would be glad to send it to you if you are interested.

I added these memorials after finding their names and locations from the local library. I am only familiar with one Fireco Cemetery. Please, where is the other one?
