Bio and Links
Bio Photo My most important projects are Hollywood Cemetery & Oakland (Atlanta City) Cemetery in Atlanta.

Thousands of hours have been spent working on Hollywood alone. The cemetery is in terrible condition due to the owner just not caring about those buried there. Much of it has returned to jungle conditions since 1970 when it was once again sold.

If I have added your family members and they are not mine, I will gladly transfer them to you to maintain. Right now, I am not transferring Hollywood names, as I am still working on it.

Many we love have passed away too soon.....without reason.

We remember them often in a thousand different ways....In the morning.....in the night, when we look at the stars.....a date....a song.....a place. In memory of all those who left us all too soon. We will get to see you again some day.

Gartrell
Hi there,

Lillie Wyly Gartrell (52701681) was a daughter of John Harris Wyly (127944239) and Mary Parks Wyly (127945009). She was born in Habersham County, Georgia. They are all buried at Oakland. Her obituary states that she died in the morning of February 6 and was buried on February 7. I thought you might like to link up her parents and adjust the date. Thanks for all your work!

RE: Delilah Polk Bishop Fleming
I have Elizabeth, memorial # 58239981 and she is one and the same that you mentioned. I know that's the wrong Mary Bishop if she died at 2 yrs old. Let me do some more checking, because one of those John Bishops could be mine. I am uncertain, but I think John Bishop married a Susan Childress. I am wondering if the stillborn Bishop and the Mary Bishop could be John's children...... May be getting back with you. Thank you for all your help.

RE: Delilah Polk Bishop Fleming
Thank you for checking. Do you possibly have a John Irwin Bishop born around 1841 or a Mary Bishop, born 1849? These are siblings of Delilah. They were all originally from Campbell Co. Ga. Delilah and her mother Elizabeth Gore Bishop ran a boarding house in Atlanta. Elizabeth was my great great grandmother.
Thanks for your help,
