Bio Photo When I first found findagrave, I was very touched that someone had taken and posted a photo of my Dad's gravestone. I appreciated it a great deal which led to my interest in the site which I have come to love.
New to genealogy, I am learning as I go along and treasure all my loved ones and my antecedents and the researchers and photographers here who make it all happen.
I am my happiest when I can locate my ancestors, fill out their stories, post whatever photos I have and especially link them to each other as families ought to be.

Dr. Wm Burgin Noblitt
Thank you Stephanie for bringing it to my attention in regards to where Dr. Noblitt is buried. I have deleted my memorial as I agree that he is buried in Noblitt Cemetery.

Walker, Charles
Stephanie, you are more than welcome to use it.. I am sad I did not have his stone,, just checking a few I took for folks on row 11,, I find one on 11 22, and the Charles stone is just out of the picture at 10 25,, sad,, as I can zoom and see the fellows next to him.. Like I said, if his and the other accumulating are still there my next trip through that area ,, I will be gathering it for you..

Kind Regards,

Hannah Billings Walker
Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for posting the DAR section of Gideon Walker, I greatly appreciate it !!!

I see that you have added Gideon & Hannah to your list. How are you related?

I have photos of both Hannah Billings Walker & her husband Billings Walker. I will post them when my son comes from California & sets up my scanner.

By the way, if you go to Rushford Cemetery, I have added Hannah & Billing's Gravestone, which is almost unreadable, but you can pick up the death date of Hannah. It was more readable years ago, 1984ish.

Sincerely Your Friend & Cousin Laurie # 47375347

Darrell Alvin Meyer
I went to the Cherryville Cemetery looking for the grave of Darrell. I found the cemetery after a neighbor gave me directions. It is remote, abandoned, overgrown, and unkarked, but there are graves there, and I managed to take pictures of a few. Looks like someone may be trying to restore it. Lots of branches and trees cut. I could not find Darrell, but did take a picture of a Cecil Meyers.(1909-1915?) Don't know if that is a descendant or not.
I stopped at the Sandy Funeral Home. They looked up his file. According to them, he was cremated and his daughter Dawn picked up his remains last summer.
