I am going to ask the Sexton if he can help with finding some of the graves in the Old Cemetery. Lots of it is overgrown and it is gradually being cleared but, of course, that takes time. Some stones have been damaged by ivy and the elements - we have lots of storms and wind damage. If I find anything out I will be in touch. Regards, Trish
had a quick look in Porthleven on the way home today and managed to find Alice fairly quickly - had a quick look for Harold but didn't find him but did not have time to do a thorough search so at some time intend to go back and have another look unless someone else finds him in the meantime. Alice's pics are at full resolution but if you want them direct I can mail them to you

I didn't realise somebody else was going to look for these memorials. I was going to Beresfield today for my husband to visit a doctor & I decided to try & find my cousins memorial so I looked for yours as well.
I have taken other photos, like the a chapel & surrounding area if you are interested in them could you please email me.

My pleasure Peter, Newcastle Memorial Park is huge. It would be impossible to find plaque without the plot and still difficult as it is a garden plot. I will have look next time I am there.
Hi Peter - have fulfilled the Constantine requests. Full definition pictures downloadable at

The Midland City cemetery has no record of Norman R. Pratt. I also looked through section X and he was not there.
Hi Peter / Jackie
have done the Stithians one for you today, sadly it was lying down, not sure if from the storms or vandelism. Have submitted MI. I have also taken a couple of pictures of graves immediately either side of this one that must be connected somehow. Full resolution pictures on flickr
