Record added: Sep 01, 2012 Find A Grave
|Hanna Vermaas||Fanny Garrington Butler, mother of Thomas Butler|
I am a Butler descendant, hunting for my roots from England. This family emigrated in 1844.
Fanny's son, Thomas, first went to Chester county where his brother William, was supposed to be. It might be that Fanny was there. Her husband, Joseph (Thomas' father) was born in 1784 in England. I think this is her. There were 14 children, and I wondered if there was any indication around her grave, of the other children. (John, Joseph, Frederic, James, Rachel, Enoch, Caleb, Elizabeth, William, Simeon, Leah, Richard and Thomas.)
Here is the source of Thomas Butler and Elizabeth Darby and so on. It gives his parentage of Joseph and Fanny (Garrington) Butler. It is online. I just googled “The History of Armstrong County” and it came up.

Your photo should be removed and added to the 1961 Gertrude.
There are Two Gertrude Carpenters on the cemetery list. Notice that the Plots are different for both.
Irving Astor Carpenter it in O46 along with the Gertrude Mary Carpenter, who died in 1961.
The Gertrude S. Carpenter is in plot T62 and her husband is J. Barton Carpenter also buried in plot T62.
All the above information is from a copy of the cemetery records.

Take a look at both the Gertrudes and Irving Carpenter.
I think you have one photo on the wrong page.

|Dan Oh||William Dalling|
On the Photo request for William Dalling, you asked if Edith was his wife. I have evidence that she is. They have a son William Jefferson Dalling and both William and Edith are listed as parents.
So, if you know where the photo of the graves are, or if you have them, it would be appropriate to add them to the entry.
I'm going to add the birth certificate of William Jefferson Dalling onto the dad's entry.
