Thanks for transferring the Walthall child over to me. But more importantly, thanks for all the work you have done and continue to do with regard to the Find-A-Grave system. Your work is much appreciated by serious genealogists like me.

Thirty-some years ago I visited the Fontana Cemetery. My wife and children were with me. We were on vacation.

With the "help" of my kids, I attempted to get photos of the childs gravestone, but was not successful. The old polaroid camera I was then using was simply inadequate, and the stone was so worn and weathered that it was unreadable.

To make a long story short, my kids and I ended up using their crayons to make rubbings of the worn lettering on that stone. It was a memorable day because it was so hot and windy.

You folks must have worked very hard to get such wonderful clarity in your photos of that old grave. THANK YOU !!!

Are John Tippie and Elizabeth Lyons Tippie in La Cygne Cemetery, Linn County, Kansas, your ancestors? If they aren't, would you consider transfering them to me? They are my ancestors and I would like to update their memorial. I appreciate the consideration.
Thank you, Sincerely...

Hoke Family Marion County, Missouri
I noticed you left flowers for Mary Hoke (1809-1885), wife of Abraham Hoke, in Marion County, Missouri. Would you happen to be a descendant of their's and if so I would like to compare notes if possible. Thank you.

RE: Leatta Dunn
Yes, I'm sure. My mother-in-law (Barbara Dunn) was so sad that Maxi was not on there. He had a very short life, also.

Thanks for your help!

Alice Hollett #118298787
When I saw that you had left a flower for Alice, I looked in your records for other Fords and saw Rufus Laban Ford who died in Greene Co MO. Can you tell me how they are related? I know that Alice is desended from William (I believe b 1822) but have never seen Rufus until now.

Briann Root
This is Brianna's mom and dad, We just wanted to say thank you for signing her page on here. That really means a lot to us as her parents. Brianna's younger brother is also burred there as well and both children are burred head to head. Once again thank you for thinking about her like that.
