I found this site while working on my and my wife's family trees. A great resource! Many of the memorials I have added are not relatives of mine or my wife, so I'm happy to do transfers to their family members.|
Paternal: Speir, Massey, Hobbs, Votaw, Hutchison, Laxson, Miller, Brandenburg, Luedtke, Smith, Warren, Meeks, Whatley
Maternal: Felps, Powell, Klappenbach, Wonsley, Waggoner, Davidson, Lungkwitz, Hecht, Petri, Medlin, Lane, Ingram, Jackson, Newman, Greenhaw, Syler

Would you mind removing one of the duplicate Death Certificates on Mary Evelyn Griffin's memorial #7505601.
I think it was duplicated when the Find A Grave folks consolidated the duplicate memorials.
Thanks for your help

A transfer would be fine. I will make the name correction & add some details. My husband's mother was a McGaughy. JO M (Find a Grave # 4788872)

What do you mean by "rotate"? They're right side up.
I found her headstone with Dorothy and Mary Elizabeth's headstones. She was born in 1910 and died in 2003. Not a relative of the other ladies?
You're welcome. I also have a photo of Martha's gravestone but there was no page created for her. If you do create one, let me know and I'll post the picture.

I am still researching, but it appears that the name of the mother of Fannie Lou McGaughy Lauderdale is incorrect on the Find A Grave Memorial. I think she was Sallie Wren. I think they appear on the 1880 Lee Co., Miss, census with Fannie L. McGaughy as the step-daug of Wm F Sparks. Fannie's mom listed as Sallie P., along with Sallie's father, John R. Wren. Fannie's father was Marion P. McGaughy, who at age 34 was killed in the Civil War Battle of Franklin Tenn.
