|Charles W. Coody||Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery|
Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Martin, Red River Parish, Louisiana, USA is where most of my mothers relatives are buried. I have some at Castor, Bienville Parish, Louisiana, USA (Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery).
I have been trying to update information in Findagrave.com, but it is really slow. It supposedly takes 2-3 days for things to update.

P.S. My tree is private, your tree is also private, we need to put our information together so that we can see where the families are related.

Ron, I got your invite to your family tree. I'm sorry I sent you a message on ancestry. com because I couldn't remember where I contacted you! Forgive me. Your family tree is awesome and I had run into Jinks Pate's information before, but nothing close to what you have. Thank you, thank you!
ps...I sent a correction on MF Hand, son of May R. Pate and Benjamin Franklin Hand.

Hi, Ron. My g-gm was May R. Pate, daughter of above AW Pate. I printed out all of the Pate information you have on the Find-a-grave site going back to Edward Pate b. abt 1689. This is wonderful information that I have been unable to find before. Can you tell me how you came about it and if you have a family tree I might view. May R. Pate m. Benjamin Franklin Hand and they are buried in Rosehill Cemetery in Merkel, Taylor Co., TX.

She is my Aunt and I would like to find out any information that you have on her son, Johnny.

You are very welcome.

I just posted a photo of her marker, and I noticed you had posted a candle to her memorial just a few days ago.

Thank you so much for your reply. I will check with the publisher and internet dealers as you suggested. But they seem to be pretty hard to find so if you ever come across another of these publications for sale, please keep me in mind. I really appreciate your going out of your way to help me!

i have a question about how i can find a copy of a publication called "history of bienville parish." it isn't a book so the libraries don't have it & i don't find anything online. it is listed as a reference on my great-great-grandfater, Isaac Buchannan Thomas' memorial page so i thought you might be able to let me know how your site was able to find a copy. please write me when you have a moment.
thank you in advance,

|Tommye Price||Quaid, Patricia and Herschel|
Hello, Ron! I wanted you to know and maybe to add a note-at your discretion-about the photos of the 2 Quaid children above at Belah Cemetery, LaSalle Parish, LA. I have talked to the person in charge of the cemetery (and walked over the place a dozen times) and the Quaids do not have a stone. The area I took pictures of is near their grandmother's headstone and there is an open area where they MAY be buried. Mrs. Terry knows they are buried in the cemetery because they are in her books but this is merely a guess of the area. If you want the pictures deleted of course delete them or ask me to and I will. I just wanted you to know that this is not either of their headstones but the area that is possibly their gravesites. Sincerely, Tommye
