I first found Find A Grave upon the death of my father. A friend made a memorial for him here.Since I am homebound this was a treasure for me to have for it being the closest I will be able to visit his grave.Since then I have added more relatives that I have had or discovered records on in the study of my own genealogy over the years.|
My father had me promise to keep the family together upon his death bed,and I believe that not only applies to the living but also to those that have passed on.For we are each a part of them in that special touch that only they could leave upon this world to change it for future generations. Like that old saying goes "You don't know truely who you are till you know where you came from".
Therefore I thank each and everyone on Find A Grave that works so studiously to memorialize each life that can be reached.
UPDATE!!!- All my records have been destroyed by flood, so I cannot verify what was written on these memorials. Sorry! If they benefit you great if not I cannot help you otherwise. As for other request I will try to get to them as soon as I can, but I don't respond to demands to well. Just saying! Have a blessed day!

Perhaps you were tired as researching does that, I noticed on your FIG entry for Elizabeth Morrison that she married 1962 David Morrison, yet she dies 1821 before her birth or marriage.
I point this out only because so many click things onto their trees without reading and error keeps traveling on. Good intensions, not meant to be rude.
Curious where you got the burial information is this parcel of land behind Macmillian Barn?
|Ron Stewart||Richard Joseph Ganas, Hampton National Cemetery|
FYI - I posted a tombstone photo of Richard Joseph Ganas today.
|Jennifer Wilt||Elias Williams|
My name is Jennifer Balis and I live in Doddridge County, WV, near the site where Elias and Honora Williams' son, Elias settled. I recently found the grave sites for Elias Williams, Irena Knight (his wife) and his children: Israel Williams
James and Mary-twins that
died in infancy
They are on my husband's family farm. This farm is not on Big Flint, where I live, but up a hollow off of Big Flint. You created a private Williams cemetery with a similar description for Elias and Honora Williams. Do you remember how you came by this information? They were not buried with Elias and his wife.....or at least there were no grave markers there.

I am trying to help a friend with her DAR application. We have everything we need except something to prove Jemima's death. We can't use the findagrave info unless there is a picture of the tombstone. Do you have any more info on Jemima?
Find A Grave Memorial# 32858782
I have a gg grandmother who is the brother to Jonathan Bonnell you created a site for on findagrave.com. Is there a way you could transfer it so I can link it or just link Sarah Bonnell 'Kester' to him for me? Their father is John Bonnell, and I'm trying to locate his grave.
Any help is appreciated. Also if your related, I'd truly appreciate any geneology info, etc. Sarah's Mother was John Bonnells first wife 'Hannah'.
Aaron Davis (Cardington, Ohio).
P.S. Here's Sarah Bonnel Kester's findagrave number: 98691174
Hi, I have found out within the last year that I am related to James C. Ray he is my grandfather. He married Mary Magalean May, she was 18 and he was 45. They had seven children lived in Doddenridge WVirginia moved to Ohio Spring field then Ross county. He passed and my grandmother had to raise the children. Jacob Ray was his brother and I have found other cousins who are connected. Henry C. Ray father was William, really can not find much about him. I am daughter of Henry C. Ray and my maiden name was Speakman.
|Kathryn Stanziano||Nicholas Hardmand-Deborah Ellen Miller|
I am descendant of these two through their son Albert G and his wife Rosalie O Jarvis (daughter of Werninger Jarvis). My records indicate there were 9 children (from Albert and Rosalie)of which Minnie Hortense Hardman was my grandmother. I have 8 children listed for Nicholas and Deborah: Nicholas A, Thomas L,Mary D, Margaret E, William A, Charles W and Minnie L. If these names are familiar to you please contact me - email@example.com.
|Marla James||Catherine Ann (Hyde) Starkey|
With respect to grave memorial # 32719743 - Catherine A. (Hicks) Starkey (1826 - 1865), buried in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Tichenal, Harrison County, WV -- Catherine's maiden name was Hyde/Hide. Catherine's mother's name was Mary (?) Hyde (b. ca 1803, VA, d. aft 1880).
I believe Catherine's parents were Daniel Hyde and Mary Richards, but I have no proof as of yet.
You're doing a great job...thanks for all the information you have entered on this site.
