RE: William E. Benner
Hi Geraldine - Thanks for checking on the spelling of William/Wilbur. Was pretty sure it was him but that stone was hard to read. Been chasing him ever since he left Nebraska about 1896 just after his first wife died. Appreciate your help and I will be sending some edits for him soon. Thanks again. Bill.

Thank you and correction needed
Thank you for all your work. This will always be a blessing for descendants of these ancestors that you have provided this information. I would like to suggest a correction needed for "Cindarella Webster" from the Webster Cemetery in Parke County, Indiana. As I read the stone from the picture, I was able to notice a discrepancy on the date of death. This is what I read on the stone -
Cinderella Webster
S & R Webster
Sept 14, 1853

William E. Benner
Hi Geraldine - I wonder if you would be so kind as to double check your memorial #110840772 for William E. Benner. I can see that the grave marker is very hard to read but is there a chance that the name is Wilbur rather than William? You have him linked to his spouse Margaret and the Wilbur I am looking for has a wife Margaret. Thanks. Bill.

T. B. - Memorial# 106097598
Have you seen these footstones? Am I going in the wrong direction for this grave? I found an Issac Bonebrake that was in the area in 1870 an not in 1880 census but didn't take notes, as I wasn't looking for I. B. at the time.
Could it be an I. B. instead of T. B.
Is the date,"Oct. 8, 1870" pertaining to this footstone?
Could the age,"42y, 3m, 17d" be for Andrew?
What is your idea or thoughts?

RE: Lawler
Thanks Geraldine for your information.I told my mother about what you told me. She was very impressed. Especially with Elizabeth HAll Lawler family. Her kids names which she never knew of.
Charles Lowler married Elizabeth`s daughter Maude Olga Hall. The Hall`s were pennslyvania Dutch. Charles father Everett his last wife was Elizabeth HAll.My mother is a Lawler . She's just like her dad in looks and personality. Her maiden name is Lowler . My grandpa was James Everett Lowler. My mother Virginia looks slot like his mother Maude Hall. And acts like her.Maude died when my grandfather was I believe in his 20`s.So he lost his mother quite young.Theirs a picture of her with Charles and the boys in front of their old farm house in Farmersburg, Clinton Co., Indiana where they lived. They lost the farm house in a fire where the bible was burned with the family records. Charles and his boys worked in the coal mines in Clinton Indnia.Lola was the only girl in that family. All the Lowler boys later moved to MIchigan where they found wives Alice Lawler was funny like her grandmother Lua. Alice was a sister to Charles Lawler. She and her husband had a boarding house for miners in Clinton, Indiania. They had many boarders and she had a pie c testing business on the side where her husband would take them in his station wagon to their destination. Well thanks again for your info on Fulwiders and Elizabeth Lawler. Claudia. Thanks

RE: Lawler
THANKS for the message about Everette`s last wife Elizabeth. Her son`s last name was Hall. Well Elizabeth's daughter Maude Olga Hall married Everett`s oldest son Charles Merton Lowler, my great grandfather. I seen him a couple times when I was a little girl.He was just as adventurous , charming and and funny with a full white beard and was sitting on my grandmother's front porch near South Rockwood, Michigan.Charles lived till old age.Charles father Everette had moved his family and his wife`s family, Margaret AMerica Fulwider. The Fulwider`s. The Fulwider men built covered wagons and were from Virginia till 1850's. But James Fulwider,Maggie's brother and Everette Lawler`s family moved to Perkins' s, Payne County, Oklahoma.I imagine they were part of the sooner movement where they acquired free land 1870's.Maggie was born in 1850.They had a farm there. All left with a full team of covered wagons to get there with slot of other people. A couple years later Maggie died from a known illness she had. Their youngest son had the same thing ,Oren and he died 6 months later. I believe it could of been diabetics. The Fulwiders stayed in Oklahoma and still are their today, but Everette lost the love of his life Maggie his wife and youngest son Orin and took his family back to Indiania to live and found a new wife to help out.But she died too.I have his civil war records and slot of info. On him. He married quite a few times. Poor guy. He lost his dad when he was 1 or 2 years old in Ohio. Isaac his father I cannot find. It's like a brick wall. I cannot find him anywhere. It's more than likely he died in Belmont County, Ohio where they lived. Lua married William Hammond in 1849 in Belmont County, Ohio. But he disappears too after having 4 girls by him around the time of the Civil war. Then she marries a man with last name of Bailey but he disappears too.She takes care of her mother Phoebe Miller who becomes an invalid phonemes buried in Newport, Indiania at Thomas Cemetery. But where is Lua buried? Well I have more to say but no more room. Isaac was born in Ireland.Could you give me some ideas of where to look for him. CLAUDIA Nagy-Trujillo Thanks

Miller Cem., Liberty twp., Parke co.
I have several family members here and have ask for help in updating their info., however I am confused. In viewing cemetery pictures I found several pictures of stones that people were not deceased and my father had been deceased since 2006 and there was no picture of his and my mothers stone. My brother is beside them and his stone was photographed. Also I am so glad to see they are now enlarging the cemetery as it was full and several locals were being turned away from having their final resting place there.
