Anyone that visits my site, please feel free to leave a message. I would love to know what surname that you check on and what you got out of the site. I will also transfer any Byram sites as long as they are not my direct relatives. All the Byrams that I have listed are not all my family line so feel free to ask. I will let you know if they are my family line or not. |
Any errors on my sites, please feel free to email me and I will correct them. Please be patient when you send family information to me since I get so many emails a day.
If you request a transfer of one of my sites, please send me your transfer number and the name that you are requesting. I get a lot of emails without this information so I can't help you without it.
Please if you want to copy my photos that I have added in to my sites, please request permission first.

|Charlotte Henry Hughes||Eleazer Byram (memorial #12126842)|
Are you related to him? I am doing a family tree for my sister, Carol Wilson. This man is one of her husband's ancestors. I am looking for the whereabouts of his wife, Joanna Pruden Byram. Do you have any idea where she is buried???? She was born 10 July 1768 and died 14 June 1818. On ancestry.com I found some records for Joanna. It said she was the daughter of Peter Prudden and Rhoda Condit. Your records say she is the daughter of John and Abigail Condict Pruden. My sister's husband's line is through their (Eleazer and Joanna) daughter Clarissa Byram Thompson. Charlotte Henry Hughes
|Warren Watts||Maria Watts Godman Lathrop (28860395)|
Yvette, Maria Watts Godman Lathrop (28860395) is the daughter of my 3rd Great Grandparents, John Watts (136675072) and Sarah Goetschius Watts ( 103178674), who were early pioneers of Franklin County, Ohio. John Watts served in the War of 1812. I sent you a request to link Maria to her parents. Thank you for your input.

Dear Yvette, I have made a number of edits to memorials that you manage. Please go into your contributor tools, the "edit" tab, and accept the edits. I have access to a document that has preserved the transcriptions from the stones that were read between 1900 and 1950 that is kept by the church. Thanks for your help! Bonnie
|Ray Turner||Byram & Hayward|
The two lists of children on Hannah's memorial are completely different ???? I have found no record of either being married a second time. They were my 6th great grandparents.
|Judith Lewis||Edward Rutledge|
I want to add that Edward Rutledge was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Custer Township, Beadle County, Huron, South Dakota. He died January 1, 1917 in Seward, Nebraska. His wife, Sarah Briggs Rutledge was buried there in 1915.
South Dakota State online archives will provide documentation. I also purchased a copy of the WPA Graves Registration Project showing the couple as buried in Riverside Cemetery, Huron, South Dakota.
Edward and Sarah were my great grandparents.

|Carol Ann||Rorick Family Listings in Mayflower Cemetery|
I am writing to you once again about Rorick family listings in the Mayflower Cemetery in Oxford Junction, IA.
While I have not visited the cemetery, I have extensively researched the Rorick family and can confirm that there are a number of anomalies with the data entered. Cornelius and Julia Rorick had eight children. Apparently, they have a monument in Mayflower Cemetery with the names of all of their children and the years of their births. In the following instances, records owned by you list these individuals with the dates of their births as their death dates (thereby putting their death dates before the county was even settled. In addition, children who left the county and/or state are demonstrably buried elsewhere.
Please note the following corrections. I have submitted additional information through the edit screen.
Martha Rorick Hammond -- Hammond was her maiden name, Rorick is her married name. There is another, correct record, provided by another user.
Cornelius Hoyt Rorick -- 1812 is DoB not DoD.
Dallas Rorick -- 1845 is DoB not DoD.
David Rorick -- 1840 is DoB not DoD. He is buried in California. See record: 7761319
Frances Helen Rorick -- 1847 is DoB not DoD. She is buried in Texas. See record: 61590176
Julia Ann Rorick -- 1856 is DoB not DoD. There is a duplicate record for her as Julia Ann Rorick Strevell.
Samuel Rorick -- 1843 is DoB not DoD. He is buried in California. See record: 15103996
