Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm caught up on auto-edits to 9/22 and email edits to about 9/22. (it's been a busy summer)

FYI - I bypass email change requests that point out a problem without a solution (such as stating I have an incorrect date without providing a correct date - requiring me to research). I'll get to them eventually but I process the change requests where the submitter has already done the research first. I get a tremendous amount of change requests...

I transfer memorials liberally - just ask. If you want all of a particular last name in a cemetery to take on as a personal project or if you want everyone in the same plot, I can do that too (as long as they are my memorials). I have plot information for most, not all, of my memorials. I've rethought this and have decided not to make out-of-guideline transfers to members who insist on guideline only transfers when transferring their own memorials to which they have no relation.

Thank you for all of the corrections.

Newer published obituaries (after 1922) should not be transcribed to avoid copyright infringement - Instead, reference the obituary so others can find it; update the memorial as appropriate with information found; omit names of people who are possibly still living. I won't post a word for word obituary that could be copyright protected. A summary is perfectly fine.

Please don't leave change or transfer requests on my message board. It's extremely difficult to keep up with these types of requests and I miss most of them. Requests should be made with the edit button on the memorial

Looking for someone interested in translating Latvian historical records.

Thank you!!!

RE: Max and Sybil Rubenstein
According to my family records of my grandmother who was a sister to Kathryn Rubenstein, mother of Max, he would have been born after 1892. I am sure you have found were the persons who give out information for documents make many errors. I have several document who refer to Max and Sybil. My grandmother and her sister Kathryn were married in a double ceremony December 25, 1892 in Seattle, Washington. Harry E. was their first child born October 1893. Their children were somewhat spaced out, especially their daughter Annabelle. I have never had Maxs birthdate, only his death. Monroe was another child born 17May1900 In Seattle and Annabelle born 1914 in Seattle. I would figure that Max is somewhere between the 1893 of Harry and the 1900 of Monroe. The father Samuel Rubensteins parents Adolph and Pauline Cohen are buried in the same California area and Max and Sybil. As I have said I am quite sure these people are definitely related to each other. I have tried to find some other docuements, but so far no luck. Maybe you have some other information. I do know that I have found other findagrave information that you have entered and others of those have fallen in to my family.
