I have been involved in genealogy for better than 35 years which started because of a bundle of letters that were written mostly by my mother's grandmother to my mother's parents which my mother had kept as keepsakes. These were letters from one part of the family still living in North Carolina to other family members who, at the conclusion of the Civil War, had migrated to Texas, Indian Territory and Idaho Territory. The bundle of letters dating from the early 1880's was discovered in Mother's cedar chest after she died. Over the years I've branched out to include my wife's parents, my half-sister's father and my Swedish grandparents.|
Following retirement from the US Army I spent a number of years in retail management and information technology for a major insurance company. Fully retired now, I try to assist others looking for information on their ancestors who once lived in Morgan County, Colorado.
Key family names are: For my wife: Leavitt, McDaniel, Mendenhall and James. For my half-sister: Beauchamp and Jones. For myself: Senter, West, Schönström and Pedersson (Peterson).
CORRECTIONS/ADDITIONS: Use the edit feature within the memorial to let me know of any corrections or additions to my listings so that I can make the changes.
MEMORIAL MANAGEMENT: Unless they are part of my own genealogical research, I will transfer ownership of a memorial to you if you fall within the Find A Grave guidelines. Again, use the edit feature to make your request.

Please watch the ' character when transcribing. The correct character (') can be searched, the incorrect character (") is a problem in many ways.
|James Edwards||Louisa E. Robertson James|
I tried to delete some of Louisa's kin folk that were incorrect and they said the original contributor would need to delete them. Louisa's memorial # is 21264538 so please delete this sight and I will log the correct info. I saved her Grave stone picture and plot #'s.
Good to see another Jeremiah West descendant. I hope the child you are descended from has been linked.

You're most welcome!
|Charles Robin Rauch||RE: Mildred Mila Lynn Senter|
MY REFERENCE TO MILA COMES FROM ANCESTRY.COM INFORMATION. I WAS RESEARCHING INFORMATION FOR: HOWARD BLUFORD SENTER, OUR NEIGHBOR AND FRIEND SINCE 1942.
BLUFORD WAS BORN IN 1901 AND DIED IN 1985. BLUFORD MARRIED HALLIE RAE GILLIAM (1902-1975). ANCESTRY.COM IS SHOWING THE FATHER OF BLUFORD AS JOHN RAVEN SENTER (1854-1908), WHO WAS MARRIED TO EMMA ELLEN WEST (1867-1948)
THE FATHER OF JOHN RAVEN SHOWS AS LITTLEBERRY SENTER (1822-1877) WHO SHOWS MARRIED TO MILDRED MILA LYNN (1830-1868).
HALLIE RAE WAS OUR NEIGHBOR AND FRIEND IN TULSA AND WAS WAS PRESENT AT MY BIRTH IN 1949. I LIVED WITH THE SENTER FAMILY FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS IN TULSA. THEY MOVED TO AUSTIN, TEXAS IN 1962. BLUFORD AND HALLIE HAD ONLY ONE SON, DR. JERALD RAYDELL "DOC" SENTER (1924-2008).
THE DECENDENT INFORMATION I HAVE IS FROM ANCESTRY.COM AND FIND-A GRAVE. I HOPE THE INFORMATION I HAVE ENTERED IS CORRECT, BUT CANNOT CONFIRM!
LET ME KNOW IS ANY OF THIS INFORMATION IS SOUNDING FAMILIAR. BLUFORD AND HALLIE RAE ARE VERY SPECIAL TO ME AND I WOULD BE CHERISH ANY INFORMATION YOU MAY HAVE!
MY E-MAIL IS: CHARLIE7000@COX.NET. I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU.
CHARLIE RAUCH, TULSA, OK.

you have posted headstone photos of these 2 relatives. I would like permission to use your photographs on my ancestry.com site, but will not do so until I receive your blessings. I completely understand if you would rather not have your photos published.
Looking forward to hearing how you feel about this issue.
Thanks for your consideration,
Diane Durian Lindall
