Alice Thank you for the Birthday flower left for my son. It means so much. Have a good day.
|Helen Wilson||Thanks re: Nettie Blackburn|
Dear Alice, Thanks so much for all the help you have provided me in my quest to lay Nettie to rest with her parents. Thanks too for the "flower" you left for her. I love the picture of your "skinny" kitty. He and my little yorkie Molly would get into trouble! Helen Wilson

No i'm not there Alice but it wouldn't be a bad idea! Left that token for an actor sometime ago. Just got up from a really pleasant afternoon snooze because its been so hot here and even hotter outdoors doing the garden yesterday. Its a little cooler right now so i thought i would get some sleep as i have been awake all night with the heat. I'm really tired so i'm going back to sleep now. Glad you liked the token. Jason.
The island i mentioned is real something to do with Blackbeard i remember. .

All is well Alice and thank you so much for the transfer. I have one question for you. Even though you don't have a record of the other of my grandparents being buried there, can I still with the information from my mother, put markers there?
|DayDreamer||RE: Hi Pat|
Oh, then there was another a long while ago? I did put one in for Henry before the memorial doings down there. I had not seen the one randy put in, how do I find his name on find a grave to search his memorials. The one I deleted was my original a couple years ago. wow, anyway, I hope his name can be found. On my first memorial for Henry, Dan Matney put up the gravestone photo. the one on this new memorial was taken by someone else lives there in Eugene. He took a wonderful photo. I had visited the cemetery a couple weeks ago and put the yellow flowers on it. My brother did a wonderful job cleaning it.

Every time I went to the cemetery with my mother & her cousin Ernest Smith, she stated her dad was the 5th grave in line. they were buried starting with Henry,1904 Elizabeth (1914)his wife, Sarah C Brothers (1916), Alice Brothers Rogers (1940) (Sarah's daughter)& lastly George Harvey Rogers (1945)son of Henry & Elizabeth.That is my proof. My mother and Ernie. the last time I took mom there was October 2006. I won't make any changes for Hettie, Harvey's sister. Only the documented information would be added if possible.
|Sue Siegmund||I believe I've got a DNA match!|
Hi remember me? We talked about Sarah Baker Willet died in Oregon recently. I'm really excited because I have a DNA match to the exact same man who was the father of the Sarah Ann Baker who was in Kosciusko County Indiana right before the marriage of my Benjamin Willet to a Sarah Ann Baker. It's a low confidence match, but still, the exact same guy?? I just feel pretty confident that it is correct. John Baker b. 1799 in Virginia, died 1870 in Tama County Iowa, married to Priscilla Coombs, b. 1797 in Virginia, died 1863 in Tama County, Iowa.
Another factor that made me think this is the right family is their inclination to travel! They spread out all over the place!
Well, I'm putting this in and going to wait a few days and go back and see if I don't have a bunch more hits and ones with more confidence. Gosh I'm excited. Thanks for listening.
