Bio and Links
Bio Photo William: I've been doing Family Genealogy since December of 2003. Came to "Find A Grave" in August of 2010. I think this is a great Web Site. Wonderful way to remember those who have left us and find others we didn't know that existed. More than happy to take Photographs in my area.

Researching Surnames: Bird, Gassaway, Gottberg, Hubbard, Melcher, Richardson, Wilson, and Zessin.

James Deaton
Thomas Deaton Gravesite

William, my name is James Deaton. I live in Anderson SC, and came to Bermuda Cemetery in Chester, Va in early April looking for Thomas Deaton's gravesite. I had no luck finding any old graves at all. He passed away in 1761 I believe, being the 1st Deaton to come to America. If you have any idea how to find his grave I would appreciate any information!!! You may contact me @
Thanks in advance, James Deaton

Hi. I live in Denver and very much enjoyed your lovely tribute to your mother. What beautiful photos! She sounds like a special lady. I enjoy geneology very much also. Thank you again, Julie

Sterling and Grace Nugent
Thanks for looking for the grave markers of Sterling and Grace Nugent. I appreciate the effort. I'm curious, you said the cemetery office confirmed their burials in lot 8N, spaces 5 and 6. Did they state whether or not they had a record of a grave marker or not?
