Bio Photo If you have time will you please leave a token for this precious angel Apryl.

Just when I thought nothing on this site could possibly surprise me I find yet another individual that wants us to throw them a party or a parade in their honor for their work on this "VOLUNTEER" site. Some just do not get the definition of volunteer work.

I do not add duplicates deliberately, so if you see I have created one, please bring it to my attention so I can delete it. If you have information you would like added in the bio section, please forward it to me. My goal is to have ACCURATE and as much information as possible. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE BEHIND A HEADSTONE THAN JUST A NAME AND A COUPLE DATES - THERE'S A STORY - A LIFE!. That person lived a life and I enjoy reading their stories. Always happy to transfer as long as they are not related to me. I am not here to offend anyone, so if I have offended you it was NOT my intention and if you will kindly bring it to my attention I will do my best to correct the situation. 99% of disagreements are caused by miscommunication or a difference of opinion and when I have a difference of opinion I believe in agreeing to disagree and moving on to another topic. If I have added a photo that you would like removed, please let me know. I also try not to add BU's on this site but my FAG success story happened because I posted a BU and FAG members were able to help me solve a 20+ year family mystery.

I created virtual cemetery's for duplicates and burial unknowns in an effort to keep track of them and hopefully get the duplicates merged and the burial unknowns - known. In my opinion that's yet another way to help make FAG a better site; less duplicates and more memorials that have correct burial information. When I obtain the burial information I forward it to the individual that created the memorial. I AM NOT HERE FOR THE NUMBERS so regardless of the fact that the first person that creates the memorial that has the burial information I still choose to send the burial information to the individual that created the BU and that's just my preference. I'm here to provide accurate information and to help other members fill in the blanks where I can. I also enjoy leaving tokens on the memorials of my loved ones and the loved ones of others. I want their family members to know that their loved ones have not been forgotten.

I want to thank all of you that have left tokens and kind words on the memorials of my loved ones. Your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your message. I have made various requested changes to Apryl's memorial page.

Yes, she would have been 34 today. So very sad that she left us so soon.

Just stopping by to say thanks again for all of your contributions! I agree with your stance on BU's. Those people did exist and it's nice when another may locate or confirm the exact location verses undercutting and making a dupe then telling the original creator to delete theirs. Never crossed their minds they may be related, etc. Whatever happened to sharing and assisting others?

RE: Raymond Dean Landers
I emailed you an invite to my family tree so you can research the Smith's from Nova Scotia. If you don't receive it, click on the link and request membership. You'll have to register if you're not already on MyHeritage but it's free.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

RE: Raymond Dean Landers
Pauline is still alive. Her daughters are Sherry and Cindy. I've only had email contact with Pauline and I do not know any of them personally. Do you know what happened to Pauline's ex, Charles McIver? He's the natural father of Pauline's daughters. I think he's still alive.

ps Here are their Facebook pages.

Do you have a picture of Raymond? He was married to my father's cousin, Pauline Coltey Landers.

I guess if you are looking for offense you won't be disappointed. :)

What cracks me up is some of the most difficult ones then write how others are nasty.

Life's too short to get whipped up about memorials.

Well, there are people who just like to take insult. I tend to send the exact same message to everyone regarding what should be corrected. ie, dupe, misspelling, whatever. Some people ignore me, some people thank me, some people have a fit. Oh well!

That is the way it works, people vote then the admin decides on if they consider them Famous or not.
