Where did you get your info to add names of burials to Rankin Cemetery? I know how to find all the cemeteries in Yell County but I cannot find a Russellville site that does the same thing. I'm trying to help Judy Z find some info on the Williamsons.
Thanks so much for adding so many names to Rankin Cemetery; it made adding the photos so much easier. There are still a number of unmarked graves there.

One of my kin was a arnold who married a ruff who's parents were sparlin ruff and his wife was nancy taylor, i guess that makes us cousins of some sort.

Hello Ronnie & Marjeana,
May the spirit of the Easter Season shine on you and your family! Thank you so much for paying your respects to little Peggy!

Yes!! It appears that Mattie is the wife of James L. Taylor. I found Mattie's obit today, and posted it to her Find A Grave page, as well as linked up her parents and both spouses. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
|Everett Mefford||RE: Thank You|
You are welcome and thank you for setting up the memorial. I am related to her but have not found out how yet.
|CYBERHOG||RE: John Spillers Sr.|
Thank you for the photo. The dates on John Sr.'s marker are accurate for James Spillers (father of John Spillers Sr.). James spillers is also buried in the same cemetery so I suspect the Core of Engineers got the dates mixed up for James Spillers and John Spillers Sr. I plan to visit the cemetery in the coming weeks. Thanks again for your help.

My great-great-great grandfather, William Beavers, was born 1797 in Loudoun County, Virginia. His son Joseph Beavers came to Kansas in 1855 and settled in Davis now Geary County.
That's the short version.
|Mary A. (Beavers) Reed||RE: English|
No, my 3d great-grandmother was a Brandenburg and I was researching Brandenburg's thru Ancestry.com when I found this. When I research families, I look at everyone including step-children. Theo Biggs English was a step-daughter of Henry Dow (grandson of Susan Brandenburg). I also try to find the graves to match to my research and link families in Find A Grave. Anyway, thanks for responding and if there's anything else I can do to help, just let me know. If I don't have the answer, I'll be glad to research it. I also noticed that Marjeana has "Beaver" ancestry. That's interesting, my maiden name is Beavers which is another family I have researched. Wonder if there's some distant relations there.:)
