I have been doing genealogy for many many years and really like findagrave.com. I used to do just my own family but now do cemeteries where ever we go. If someone sees anything that is wrong or if you have anything to offer please contact me as I would be glad to help.|
Use the edit function for transfers. Include your contributor number so I get the right person.
Find-A-Grave guidelines for transfer requests are for direct relatives (spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents). If you are requesting a transfer, please be specific about your relationship. I generally will not transfer aunts, uncles or cousins. I am not willing to transfer my family members, but I will be happy to add information to their memorials.
I have no objection to transferring memorials of your close relatives. Please be sure to tell me the relationship. I will no longer transfer memorials to someone asking for all memorials of a surname to be transferred to them. There are lots of new members requesting transfers who are managing many more memorials than they have posted. Please keep in mind that this web site won't work if you aren't willing to go out and gather information that might help someone else!

Not really. Just had not done the rest of the research to put the info on correctly. Also since Stella had not childeren with either of these men I didn't really think it was that important.

Yes - I'm not sure how they got listed twice, but they're in different cemeteries because Mary died in Dickinson, ND only a little more than a year after their wedding and Frank ended his life living in Bonner County, Idaho near his sister and niece. A very sad story all around. I'll try calling funeral homes tomorrow. Thanks for your help!
Hi, Penny - Frank E. Brennan (127836668) is my great uncle. Given that you entered him in Find A Grave, do you have any idea where his grave was? I can't find any document with a plot number or any way of locating him. There seems to be no phone number for the Lakeview Cemetery. I'm very eager to have a photo of his grave and have a friend who will be in Sandpoint in a few days to take one, but need to have some idea of where to look. Thanks!
Hi Penny Lee:
Through the Minnesota Birth Index, I was able to find the name of Child Irwin. He is Donald F. Irwin. Do you mind updating his memorial?
Thanks for all you do!

May I have permission to use your photo of Duane Ohs headstone? Memoral #91751375
It is for family history page. Thank you.
|MaLisa Fender Rembowski||Mac McFadden|
I noticed that Ronnie isn't listed in the obit as Mac's son. Is that a mistake? I know that Ronnie is Dolores' son and his last name is McFadden. Thanks, MaLisa

Thank you for the transfer of my mother's memorial. You are most kind and generous to do so.

Thank you. I didn't know if you had more information. His daughter said some time ago that she (widow) intended to scatter his ashes, but never got around to it! Her family probably did bury him when they buried her. Now the daughter is deceased, too.
|LLLuedtke||RE: Transfer Graves|
What is the proper manner since it appears that everyone wants it done differently?
Hi. Please transfer the following graves to me: Vida Ethel Simmons Woodard, Clarence Greenberry Woodard, Ruby Minerva Woodard Oliver, Opal Joyce Woodard Moore, Boyd Mitchel Woodard, Franklin Theodore "Bud" Woodard, Zerelda Ann "Della" Barnes Woodard, Homer Elwood Woodard, Jane A. They are my great grandparents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Thank you.
